Is it healthy for a short 14 year old to weigh 100pounds? and is there any way other than pills to get rid of a stomach? Specific exercises? foods? anything.

Hope I was of help.
If you really want to lose weight, don't do that crap
with the sit ups. Won't help. You're in high school (or late grade 8), join a contact sport team.

If you wnat to get rid of a "stomach" start with doing about 15 sit ups a day, then, about every week, increase the amount of sit ups you do by 5.
For example, this week you should do 15. Next week, 20. The week after, 25. So on and so fourth.

You can do sit ups and crunches to get rid of the tummy, Just eat healthy, vegetables, not too many sweets, stuff like that. Hope i helped.
