Is it healthy for a short 14 year old to weigh 100pounds? and is there any way other than pills to get rid of a stomach? Specific exercises? foods? anything.

your totally fine..becasue you 100 puonds dont mean your fat..im 13 years old and i weigh 112..but i honestley dont lok it..and your to young to be on pills to be losing weight..dont worry about your weight im sure you look fine..and if you really wanted to loose weight go run or play sports..but dont take pills!!

If you really want to lose weight, don't do that crap
with the sit ups. Won't help. You're in high school (or late grade 8), join a contact sport team.

Youre healthy dont worry. I'm 14, 5"2 and 95 pounds.
If you wnat to get rid of a "stomach" start with doing about 15 sit ups a day, then, about every week, increase the amount of sit ups you do by 5.
For example, this week you should do 15. Next week, 20. The week after, 25. So on and so fourth.

DO NOT TAKE PILLS unless you know exactly what is in them! You can do sit ups and crunches to get rid of the tummy, Just eat healthy, vegetables, not too many sweets, stuff like that. Hope i helped.
