I'm a 17/m and I'm starting to work out again. I naturally extremely strong legs, but my knees are not capable of lifting as much as my legs are because I haven't worked out in a while.
So, what's the best way to build them up? Should I do as much as I can, or less than I can with high reps?
Hebasquash answered Wednesday December 14 2005, 11:31 pm: Do lighter weight to start out, but with more reps. Then start getting more weight, also at the same time dont over do it, or you may blow out your knees, because they are not used to the weight.
Cya when i see ya,
