ok well im 15 and im pretty tall maybe 5'7ish maybe a lil shorteR?!
anyways..
i havent weighed myself in awhile but im guessing i weigh about 120 pounds. i mean i feel FAT tho. i know im not but i always feel like i have to be working out or something..or like i shouldnt eat alot!! i feel really bad about doin this because i know im not fat! even people think i should gain weight but i dont want to - my stomach already seems to be gettin a lil chubbier but i dont know if its just me?!

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? eeerrriiicccaaa answered Monday December 19 2005, 4:41 pm: hey, my friend has that same problem and shes like perfect and thinks shes 'fat' but really shes tiny. you could eat more healthy foods if you think you need to eat less. working out is fine just dont do it too much and dont overdue yourself otherwise itll cause serious problems. go for a run itll make you feel better with everything and it wont overdue your workout.. i serisouly wouldnt worry though because you are normal and if people are saying you should gain weight theres deff not a problem. i hope everything works out for you!!

When I look at the mirror i see this ugly fat person staring back at me. It`s hard and I know that. Just eat healthy and have some support from your friends and you can go through it.
