what are some excercizes i can do for my lower back/sides?

for your sides hold a weight (about 5 pounds) in each hand, and lean to one side. go as far as you can and you should feel a stretch. hold it for 30 seconds then switch sides. for your lower back..

what you do is go there, find the part of the body you need, click on it & they'll show you what you can do to stretch it out & stuff.
