Hey i'm.. call me bri. I'm 13 years old 4'11 inches tall and 120 pounds. How much pounds overweight am i if i am at all? please have food and excersise tips along if thats not too much trouble. Thank you.

i am 13, and lets just say i gotta some extra junk in the trunk, or baggage in the belly... and i would like it lose some of it before bathing suit season? does anyone have some simple tips, that wont take too much time, but are effective?
anything would be much appreciated

If you have to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight, then how is it possible to burn 2,000 calories every day? Like it is healthy to have 2,000 calories per day but that is a lot to burn off. You know how there are different types of figures like apple, pear, spoon, and hourglass? Well, I am an hourglass according to a quiz I took but does that sound right for a 14yr old/5ft 4in/137lb/27in waist/36in hips person? (Those were the questions they asked to determine my body shape). Also, I am not doing anything different in my life but I am gaining weight and I look a bit more pudgy plus my body is getting bigger, why? I have been on a diet and excercising. I am so confused! Please help. Thanks so much.

In the past 2 months I have gona from a 160 pound girl to a 176 pound human! IT's amazing how stress and eating is not helpin rite now! So I excersiced for 2o minutes and tried to eat right and right now I'm down to 172.8! Today my best friend told me if i keep eatin like that I will look like one of these FAT FAT FAAT girs and I really don't wana be that fat. Right now I'm planning of not eatin anything for lunch except an apple or a peach. Do you think I will get tin or slimmer...at least 160...or 155lbs in 25 days?

Listen.. this sounds impossible.. but I need to lose like about 50 pounds by may. I'm almost 200! That's so bad! I've done it before, I've lost 30 pounds in 2 months, but that didn't stick due to a very bad car accident which impailed my health (my neck was injured && kidneys) and led me back to an unhealthy weight. I just joined a gym, and I have a eating plan picked out. But I need some more pointers! Like.. how much calories should I take in.. and how much I should work out daily.. what exercises should I do? Please help!!

i have a jelly belly and I wear baby-t's (the really tight shirts) and i wear tight hip huggers. my fat hangs out everywhere and the shirts are so tight you can just see all my rolls. i use to think i looked hot until all the popular girls and hot boys started teasing me,
calling me names like jelly rolls and chunky. im so upset about this! what should i do? i love wearing these clothes but i dont want to get made fun of. should i still wear these kinds of clothes or no?

Im a 13 year old girl and i was wondering if anybody knew any good work-outs for abs. i'm not considered over weight or anything, i just have a little bit of stomache fat i would like to get rid of. any ideas other than yoga would be great

I'm 13, and I've been told for around two years from time to time that I'm kinda stiff. "I need to be more fluid and less jerky." Yeah, I suppose that is true. Only, I don't know how. I'm not very sporty.. but.. can anyone recommend some simple techniques I can do.. at home.. to start becoming more flexbile/fluid? I haven't got horrible posture or anything but I really could improve and would really like to be more fluid. I want to do something about it, and any help would really be appreciated. I am currently 17 years old.. 6 foot 3. But I have a awkard voice that makes me sound younger and smaller then I actually am.
Is there any way I can retrain my voice? By making it deeper and more normal.. right now I cannot stand listening to my voice when it is recorded.

im not happy with my weight. i used to have like the perfect body. or at least thats what i remember then i got into high school. high school sucks that way. anyway i used to weigh about 120 and now i weigh 130.. im wanting to lose 10 or more pounds but the thing is i cant seem to stay away from all those bad foods. my school is like junk food heaven. i try leaving my lunch money at home but it doesnt always work because i have friends i can ask for money. anyway i also have lots of junk food at home and if i dont i seem to find some. or even ill go crazy on the health stuff. i can go on a diet for like 3 days at most and then i just break it. i dont know if theres any key to resisting junk food... i dont know im hoping someone has some ideas?

I've been running on my treadmill since late October and since then I have lost 9-11 pounds. (I used to weigh 136-137 but now I am around the 125-127 range) My goal weight is 118-120, is there any way I can get down there? Because it seems as if lately, these past two months haven't contributed much. & I read somewhere that when your body burns fat after exercise, & you aren't seeing anymore results after a while, that you have to start doing MORE.
I run 5.5 (heavy jog) on the treadmill for 15 minutes every other day, do some kind of LIGHT weight lifting, and also do 5 reps of 25 sets of workout ball crunches.
Also, I eat normal foods, I am just very careful about how I eat it...like, I won't overeat or...

iam 15, and i weigh only 100 lbs. im 5'4". so im inproprotioned. but im a lil puggy. i used to work out everyday. then i got into a wreck and couldnt,because of my medical stability. i want to work out again. but with physical therapy and school and cheerleading and everything, i dont have much time. what can i do to tone up a lot, with out taking too much time. ill rate high
