Hi i'm a 14 year old girl (dunno if i need that but ok) and i was wondering about some really good ab exercises and also somthing to get rid of the fat around my hip (love handle :p) any ideas?
Punkrocker548172 answered Monday February 6 2006, 10:57 pm: im a 14 year old guy who works out my abs alot, i played football and the one that i do to strengthen my abs is laying wiht my back on the ground and lifting my legs 7-8 inches off the ground and holding it there for at least 10 seconds then spreading my legs out and holding it for 5, putting my legs back together for another 10 then setting them back down for 5 seconds, it usually helps alot, it is tiring though so dont go at it to hard the first time [ Punkrocker548172's advice column | Ask Punkrocker548172 A Question ]
