Ab and hip workout Hi i'm a 14 year old girl (dunno if i need that but ok) and i was wondering about some really good ab exercises and also somthing to get rid of the fat around my hip (love handle :p) any ideas?

Do yoga! I just started it and we started out with abs right away. What we do is put our legs straight in the air and do a bunch of rather difficult (for me, anyway) things. I wouldn't do it by yourself, though, so maybe look into going to a yoga class. I'm lucky enough to have one in my school. Also walk or run everyday. ]
Jogging, running, etc is very good at that and helps you build muscle as well. ^^ ]
im a 14 year old guy who works out my abs alot, i played football and the one that i do to strengthen my abs is laying wiht my back on the ground and lifting my legs 7-8 inches off the ground and holding it there for at least 10 seconds then spreading my legs out and holding it for 5, putting my legs back together for another 10 then setting them back down for 5 seconds, it usually helps alot, it is tiring though so dont go at it to hard the first time ]
