In the past 2 months I have gona from a 160 pound girl to a 176 pound human! IT's amazing how stress and eating is not helpin rite now! So I excersiced for 2o minutes and tried to eat right and right now I'm down to 172.8! Today my best friend told me if i keep eatin like that I will look like one of these FAT FAT FAAT girs and I really don't wana be that fat. Right now I'm planning of not eatin anything for lunch except an apple or a peach. Do you think I will get tin or slimmer...at least 160...or 155lbs in 25 days?
Breakfast: A cup of whole grain cereal with skim milk or 1% milk. If not, than oatmeal, or a piece of whole wheat toast with reduced fat peanut butter and a banana.
Snack in between breakfast and lunch: An apple, or a peach or something like that.

tcklebunni answered Friday February 10 2006, 6:03 pm: Yeah, of course you will. Here is my suggestion. Dont eat any breakfast. At lunch have some type of juice (NO SODA) and have some fruit. Then for dinner have like a peace of chicken or fish or something 300 calories or less. Only drink water. If you do that there won't be a need to exercise!! It worked for me. I went from like 170 to like 135. That's where I am now. [ tcklebunni's advice column | Ask tcklebunni A Question ]
Punkrocker548172 answered Thursday February 9 2006, 11:21 pm: well, i first of all, dont think that eating an apple or peach for lunch is a good idea, beacuse you need energy, there are ways to eat without starving, try new goods, but more than just one thing, just exercise and you should be good, keep eating the right foods, and dont ever quit, because if you want this real bad you can never take n e breaks or cheat on ur diet. TheHeadHonchoPoncho57 answered Thursday February 9 2006, 9:21 pm: If you eat well and exercise, it's possible to go to 160 in 25 days, but I doubt 150. If you really want to go on a diet, see a dietician, but there is such a thing as sensible weight loss.
Here are foods you should NOT eat:
* obviously, no cake/chocolate/marshmallows/ Big Macs/chips/whatever
*anything with oil, except for sesame oil
*fried foods
*an excessive amount of protein or carbohydrates----remember, extra carbs and proteins are stored as extra bulk, which is the last thing you need right now
*white bread---that stuff is just empty calories with no nutrition whatsoever
*Red meat
*avocados (you'd be surprised---avocados are high in fat
*potatos
*nuts of all kinds, especially peanuts (including peanut butter)
*bagels/cream cheese
*cheese
*anything high in sugar (fruit juice counts)
*anything with cream in it (including 2% milk)
*Look at the nutrition labels of everything you eat: If it has ANY trans fat or saturated fat, don't eat it. Trans fat and saturated fat are the bad kind of fat, the artificial kind that is going to send your arteries to hell and is going to wreck up this wonderful healthy eating you've just started!
*crackers---very high in Trans Fat
*avoid those tempting ads that brag about a magic meal with low fat and all that junk. It's not as cracked up to be as you might think.
Here are some substitutes:
*For your carbohydrates, get them from whole wheat bread and fruit. No pasta or rice or anything.
*For your proteins, eat fish and organic chicken, if you can find it. Chicken with hormones will make you get acne
*Eat lots and lots of vegetables. I know, I know. Vegetables can be disgusting, been there done that. But try steamed soybeans, green beans, snow peas, artichokes and asparagus. Try cilantro in chicken broth. Delicious!
Find some way to exercise that speeds up your heartbeats for at least 20 minutes a day. And don't starve yourself. An apple or peach is not enough to get you through the day. Add a slice of whole wheat bread and some kind of vegetable.
