i am 13, and lets just say i gotta some extra junk in the trunk, or baggage in the belly... and i would like it lose some of it before bathing suit season? does anyone have some simple tips, that wont take too much time, but are effective?
Additional info, added Monday February 13 2006, 5:04 pm: by the way... it probaly dont make any difference but i dont eat breakfast on weekdays. If you're only 13 years old I really shouldn't worry too much about having a few extra pounds. You'll have only just started puberty and those few extra pounds are more than likely to be puppy fat, so really just don't worry about how much you weigh right now - there may well come a timme in a few years or so where you find yourself too skinny!!! But if you really do want to shed a few extra pounds then the absolute best way to do it is some exercise every day - it worked for me! I go to the gym and play rugby about 3 or 4 times a week and by doing just this I lost about 6 pounds in 3 weeks. This also means you get to eat pretty much whatever you want (yay!), you'll feel healthier, plus you get nice and toned for the bathing suit season, which in my eyes is far more important than a bit of extra weight. CAPTAINKJ618 answered Friday February 10 2006, 10:48 pm: for breakfast: stay away from like poptarts and sugary items try a bowl of cereal or like a piece of fruit stay away from alot of bread(pancakes waffles and so on) drink water or a type of juice apple or orange
for lunch; try a sandwhich stay away from fried food for lunch try either like pasta(carbohydrates) or wraps(totilla with like lettuce tomamato chargrilled chicken) are good or try a salad with a low fat dressing they make like low fat honey mustard...sometimes you think your doing goood with a salad but the dressing can kill you stick with water for lunch a gatorade is not bad either for a little energy aviod sodas at first it will be kinda tough and you may get headaches but stick to it...the less sodas you drink you will feel good and better about yourself
try to minimize snacking between lunch a dinner
for dinner try to avoid fried food as much as possible grilled chicken or steak is good along again with pasta or sometimes an all veg. dinner is good corn is not bad with like mash potatoes and like boiled shrimp
after dinner also aviod snacking because your not active much usually from the time you go to bed and the time you wake up
also exercise daily that is impotant eating healthy is only half of it...join a health club or go walking/running your prefrences do crunches also for flat abs!

Sorry, not excercixe, I know. but if you replace two meals (the third one is whatever you normnally eat and bevrages are what you normally drink) for two weeks you can loose up to 6 pounds.
