Your under weight. Your 100 lbs and 5'4"? I'm only about 5 feet and I weight almost that. I'm consider thin. I'm average for my weight...start eating a little. You don't need to tone up. Your fine! Your probably beautiful already.

I think you're just fine as you are. My boyfriend is 98 lbs and 5'4", so really, you're like nothing. You have a good figure, and the little pudgyness will go away on it's own. Just take a walk everyday & drink water.

Well your height and weight look good and healthy. I think if your a lil puggy its fine becuase it will go away naturally. But i was a cheerleader ((a lil bit at camp)) and its hard work! By cheerleading you proobly are working out and building strong muselles ext. I think maybe when you get home you can go for a run or ride a bike to a place near by instead of driving. Things like that. But maybe just eat healthy stay healthy and that might be the best solution...you never know...

Hope this Helps ♥
