well i am, in my oppinion, over weight, i want to know if there is a way to lose 5-10 pounds in a short amount of time, like a months (the maximmum)
are there any websites, or plans that anyone knows about?

Ok the easiest way to lose 5-10lbs in a short amount of time is to run/jog everyday and eat healthy for that time. Also, if you eat right and run around 2-5 miles a day you will lose more than that.
charmedadvice answered Tuesday February 7 2006, 2:19 pm: My first question would be why are you wanting to loose the weight? Ask yourself that because chances are if you don't know why your not going to keep your focus in loosing it.
There is one thing you can do that will help you loose weight and your not going to starve yourself either. Just drink more water. You should be having 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. If you were just to do that and cut out soda and candy you could loose the 5- 10 pounds your wanting.

jbdreamer answered Tuesday February 7 2006, 1:16 pm: The lose weight quick plans always backfire. You usually have to starve yourself, and you'll loose the weight(water weight), and then when you go back to normal eating you gain it all back, plus some.
It too me 3 months to loose 15 pounds by counting calories (I ate 1500 a day). Pay attention to what you eat. A can of pop alone is 250 calories - what a waste.
