Does It Always Hurt?

Well, I've heard and also researched that usually, the "first time" hurts. It does because the woman's hymen is "broken". Or in understandable terms, "Her cherry is popped". I do not want my first time to hurt, so I'm wondering if the first time ALWAYS hurts...like..for everyone. And is there any way to prevent it from hurting/ bleeding?

Holiday

I have a little babysitting business with 60+ kids but durin the holiday season it certainly slows down so i was thinking of doing a holiday speacial of some sort. Except I don't know what to do. Should I do 1 hour free or 2 hours free? Also, should I have rules that go along with it? If its 2 hours free, I need to be there for 5 hours or if its 1 hour free I need to be there for at least 3.. or what?

Freshman college student.
I hang out with 3 other girls who live down the hall from me. One of the girls has liked a sophomore guy(Drew) since the beginning of school. He helped her move in to her dorm. I always knew who he was but we never talked more than a few words in a group conversation. Well Friday night 2 of the 3 girls and some guys including Drew were hanging out. We started drinking and my friends left because they're uncomfortable with it so I stayed back with the guys. I had never really hung out with any of them much before but I wasn't ready to go to bed. I am really confused about something: People always ask me what I am going to major in in college and I thought I understood what that meant until they started talking about "minoring" in something! What?! I am 18 now and not a minor in anything!
Can someone PLEASE explain what is the difference between a major and a minor in college?

Ok so i have a crush on a guy i know from work. im pretty sure he likes me too. We talk all the time, and i feel so comforable aroung him. how do i drop hints that i like him without being totally obvious?
also- i would love to hear some opinions- there is a significant age difference. hes 17 and im a 21/f. i dont think it is illegal because of the 4 year difference, but i lways though the guy wsas supposed to be the oldest. i would love to see some opinions. thanks so much.

I had this happen and I didn't know what I should do so I basically just stood there completely quiet and blushing! :( I SO like this guy!
Now he just walked away and doesn't talk to me anymore. I don't see him ever talking to me again like can you imagine how embarrassing it would be if that happened to you? I guess if I am lucky though it might happen again someday so can anyone tell me what to say to a guy asks who how you would feel about a kiss?

I love my girlfriend. we've been together for a year or so. I have always put her before me. I want her to be happy. I want to take care of her when she needs it and give her consolation when she's sad. we were best friends before we were in a relationship. we live several states apart and always have. the first time I was with her for a decent amount of time was July '09. I'm visiting her in ~40 days.
lately I have felt lost and havent felt that excitement I always felt when I thought about her. it will come back for about a week but then ill be bumming for a few days. its been off and on for ~1 month.

Hey, we all know that december 21, 2012....12/21/12 is a very well known date. i dont understand this that well.. i have been researching on it, i talk about my friends with it and i saw the movie 2012 already...whats your viewpoint on this?
