How long can you go without eating? Don't ask me why, ok? I need to know how long you can go without eating before something bad happens? I don't want to die but I need to lose weight and I have tried it all.

starving yourself may make you lose a little weight but once you eat again you'll gain it all back and maybe even more. try to count your calories (recomended at least 1000 a day) and exercise:) good luck and remember you are beautiful just the way you are.

Usually you can go 3 weeks without eating. Even tho it doesnt really help you loose weight. Just try and eat healthy. If you need more on not eating and stuff here:

Starvation is the quickest way to gain weight and exercising builds your muscles causing weight gain also. First you need to eat 5 times a day, three large meals and two small snacks inbetween like a granola bar or something. Stick with chicken because meat helps keep you strong but chicken is also the mot healthy. To much pop and water builds water weight and if you cut down on it, you will lose weight. I would suggest drinking a variety of juices, flavored water, etc. You don't want to drink one specific thing. ]
If you don't eat, you will gain weight. (I know that sounds backwards). Your body will think you're starving and hold on to whatever food you give it. Eating more often is a better way to stimulate your metabolism. ]
You need to eat every day. If you dont you will become ill and also known as anorexic. Eat the right foods and work out and drink lots of water. You will slowly lose weight (I promise) ]
I would say nothing past a day but you don't loose weight by starving your self thats how you gain weight.

Your system will backfire. Weight loss through starvation slows your metabolism and digests your muscle mass (even if you drink protein shakes).
Eventually you will have to eat and you will regain your lost weight and then some. Furthermore you will look worse since you will have eroded your lean muscle and replaced it with more fat.
The advice below is a bit dangerous because it condones this plan. You should not skip eating for one day let alone two weeks. Fluids and protein shakes are no replacement for proper nutrition. If you are young (e.g. a teen) its even worse for you.
I am certainly not judging you as you can tell, but you have to abandon this plan. It simply will not work. ]
i OBVIOUSLY answered your question, smart one. i said you can go two weeks before something bad happens. just because i tried giving you other advice to go along with it (( SO YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT)) Does not mean that i didn't answer your question. But whatever, I was also trying not to be judgmental. Geez ]
