symptoms of depression showing, what's next?

My girlfriend and I both believe she has the symptoms of depression. Her sleeping schedule can never remain stable and she typically sleeps an average of 14 hours a day, more or less. She's home a lot since she's currently unemployed and has had no luck with jobs she's applied for. She doesn't really have any friends locally since she moved here a year ago. She basically just has me and my family. I've been trying my best to help her, but being the only one working, my time during the day is limited too.
What makes matters worse is, i'm making barely enough to make ends meet and neither of us have health insurance. I've looked up local clinics and plan on calling in the next couple of days to see if we can get any free servic...

i smoked hookah shisha for two hours straight yesterday from school. i know that is very bad but i feel so addicted its all i want i hadnt even slept yet. is there anything i can do or smoke that is non tabacco or drug? and no gum to get me off, i mean something in alternative. my boyfriend of nearly two years is totally against any type of drugs or smokeing and i feel like a total bitch for keeping this from him but i cant handle it idk what to do?

Alright. Here's what happened. Awhile ago I was at my boyfriends house. We had been dating for like four months at that time. So about a week before that day he had fingered me for the first time. Ok, you might think I'm trying to give up on someone I see every day but I never saw this guy in my life we meet in a chat room and since then are relationship grew. I knew him for about 1year and a half and we started by sending mesages and now we talk amost ever night. Hello, just recently decided to start a business by selling my own t-shirt designs on e-bay, finding a job is so hard. Not really sure how to start like, what t-shirt brand can i use, do i need to pay the t-shirt brand for using their name? I've been dating my boyfriend for 6 months now and we have a great relationship. He comes over to my house once a week and we cuddle and he's really a sweetheart. My problem is that we don't really talk about anything. Ever.

last monday, february 15, i went out with a girl. I knew she liked me and this other guy who is older then me i think 10th grade. After the movie we kissed, nothing else. So when i get home i text her and she texts me. At the end i tell her night and i'll be thinking about her. She said night and same. Well Tuesday comes, i send her a text in the morning same time i do everyday usually. No reply, i go to school, thinking she was busy.

Hi! I was talking to my best friend one day and she said she was heading to McDonald's. How do I know if I'm using a tampon that is too heavy for my flow?

I've just started using tampons for my period and I've noticed they don't come in a wide array of sizes really (light, regular, super, super plus from what I've seen). I picked up the super absorbencies since my period flow is really heavy but it feels pretty uncomfortable when I insert it. I thought maybe after the tampon soaked up some that it would be more comfortable and "normal" feeling but it still feels the same.
I read that you could get TSS from using a tampon that was too heavy for your flow and I really don't want to risk that. How do I know if my tampon is too big?

Me and my boyfriend haven't been together long (less than 2 months) and we never really actually got in a fight ( well one time !) but the only thing that we sometimes feud on is his communication with me. i posted a question on here a while back about being unsure about whether or not i had a yeast infection. well, i'm pretty sure i don't, considering i'm not "uncomfortable" and i don't itch. but i do smell terrible. i went to the store recently and got some vaginal deodorant, but it only seems to work for about an hour, and then i smell really bad again. i spray it on/around my vaginal area and in my underwear because it said to do that for extra strength, but it still wears off.
