17/f my friend went on a diet and at first I didn't think anything of it, I mean it never hurts to lose a couple pounds. But my friend didn't lose a couple pounds. She probably lost like 30 pounds in like 2 months. She looks really bad. She iS not only a toothpick, but her eyes are so dark underneath and whenever she talks or smiles it looks like it hurts her face. going away to college

My boyfriend is a few years older than me. In a year I will be transfering from the local college i attend now to a university about 3 hours away. He has already completed college.
I love him and i want to be with him, but i cant help thinking that i should get the college experience that most people do. This isn't to say i want to "get around", but just experience being with different guys. He understands this and realizes if this is what i want then he can't argue with me.

Battery Charger Help

Hey I got a hp pavilion laptop dv6 and recently the charger isnt connected to my computer properly. its connected to a power supply but it doesnt show on my laptop. the light that usually shines white when connected isnt on. no colour is shown. yet sometimes when i turn off my laptop and connect the charger it works. but thats sometimes. also i recently upgraded my os to windows 7 64bit and yes i upgraded all the bios. also theres no wear on tear on the charger. so right now im stumpt. anyone have any idea why?

Hi i have been with my boyfriend for 7 years. We have a beautiful 1 year old son, have a home, and i love him to peices. We had an big argument and now becuase of over the course of our long relationship he feels liek the same things keep coming up and now he feels liek he cant put up with it anymore. he says it over. he loves me but he cant do it anymore. so im going to have to move out but im trying to figure out how to save this!?! i really really really want this relationship to work. i love him and want us to move forward and do all the great things we have set for our family. what can i do to try to get him to see that i am willing tomake the changes so that we can be great?!

Talking to my GP.

About a week ago I asked a question about going on the pill and talking to my mom about it. Thank you for those who answered :)
Now, as I had planned to ask her during the weekend, she beat me to it and asked me if I would like to go on the pill. I am grateful she did, and now everything is sorted. I booked an appointment for next week.
The only thing is that my GP who I've been seeing for years is a male. He's young, which makes things more relaxed, however, I somehow have the feeling it might be awkward to ask him about the pill. I really wouldn't like to change my GP, since he knows me and everything.
I'm just wondering how I can relax and not be embarrassed about asking him and talking to him about my sexual activity and such...

So I've been married for a year and a half now. My marriage has been soo very difficult but has gotten a lot better. I have ALWAYS had insecurities with my husband and his female friends. I know this sounds wrong but I just didnt like it when he gave them too much attention, like I didnt wanna share him. The first year of our marriage he pampered my insecurities. it has been nearly 2 months now since my ex-boyfriend broke up with me but just few days ago, i meet up with him for a gathering with our other friends (we had mutual friends). I did realised something from that day..
1st: i caught him looking at me for few times

How to shut down a website...

As I was browsing the internet I found a really offensive website that I absolutely hate. I can't stand that it is available for ANYONE to see and the content is just horrific. It isn't really anything illegal but it is still really, really offensive and degrading to certain invidivuals.
Is there a way I can get a website shut down or "closed" by somebody? Can I make a request some where for a website to be further investigated so that it might be closed down? Is there ANYTHING I can do other than block the website from my browser so that I don't run into it again? I really don't think it's material anybody should be viewing...

I'm going to graduate this year and so we have this senior prom coming up. Everybody is making a big fuss about buying expensive prom dresses and getting all dolled up with their boyfriends for this dance and I really am not interested in it. I'd rather just chill with my friends, watch some bad movies and eat some junk food, and make a long night of it at home.
I've never been really girly so the whole $300 dress thing doesn't appeal to me. My boyfriend is cool with me not wanting to go to the prom and thought maybe I should even have my own home-party instead so that I could "do something special" too.
