A guy friend had told me that I had a good voice and had a lot of "talent". He started giving me voice and guitar lessons, and told me that one day he wanted to start up a band with me as the lead singer. We were getting along great, and both liked the same music (folk rock, like tom petty and neil young). Well for no reason at all he stopped giving me lessons. A couple of months later I found out from someone else that he had started up a band, and had a girl as the lead singer. I confronted him and asked him why he didnt invite me to join the band. He said that my voice needed too much training. Then I asked him if just me and him could work on my singing and he said no. So I did the only thing I could think of to keep si...

15/f Okay, so I went out with this guy for almost 9 months. I grew really attached to him. Then suddenly he said the relationship wasn't working. So you can imagine I was crying nonstop for a few days because he was acting all happy while all I do was lay down, not eat and sleep. So 3 days after the split, I went to see him and before that, he said we shouldn't kiss but yeah...we made out. I went to see him again after that and we made out again. So a couple of days pasted by, he said we shouldn't get back together but lately he's been calling me "babe" and telling me "I love you" and similar things to that. its gotten tot he point where I feel so low about myself I could crawl into my bed and never come out. I want to be with someone that makes me feel special.. Why cant i find that guy?
Ive never had a bf treat me good and for a long time now i havent had a bf.
Im a normal girl and I know im not realllly ugly.. I actualy sometimes think im pretty..
I have talents and yes I have flaws. But i think id be a really good girlfriend.

14/f...so there was this guy who went to my school for the past 2 years but didn't come back this year. i liked him soooo much it was crazy and i flirted with him all the time. he liked me for part of the year last year and then stopped. everytime i think i'm over him i find myself liking him again. then, this year, at my friend's party, he was there but he didn't talk to me the whole time but we kept looking at each other and i found out he had a girlfriend. it was so awkward and ever since then even talking online is awkward and i don't know what to do because i want to be friends with him still even though i know it will never go farther than that but i feel like we can't talk anymore. what should i do??

because i don't think its a problem and it never ever seemed like a problem until one of my friends brought it up. hes totally cool with it. and he doesn't like force me to do anything. its nice. but is he really too old?

alright now i need help boys are welcome too..well i have known this boy for 9 years and he's ok. we went out a few times and still to this very moment like each other. We're in 8th grade and are 14yrs old .but we can't go together (distance). Well he keeps doing stuff that really turns me off and i know i have to deal but how? Like he says stuff like just messing with me but it really annoyes me cause resently i've become pretty sincitive about his comments. so all and all technically we go together but literally we don't.I try not to respond to him like he's my bf but i can't help it which is making things worse. Confused and feel helpless! Pleez give advice.

So I am pretty much head over heels for this guy. I made an an ass out of myself, but I told him he was a total hottie. I've been wayy too nervous to talk to him. Whats something that I can talk to him about? Sorry, this is kinda hard to put into words. He is friends with my neighboor and might come over this weekend. Any sugesstions of what I could do?

My guy friend wants to have sex with me and vice versa but the only thing thats stopping us(well me)is that im a little overweight and i have stretchmarks. they're really embarasing and i dont want him to see them
is their anyway to get rid of them almost completely? will he be turned off and disgusted at the sight of seeing them? and also will it hurt reallly bad my first time?(im virgin hes not)

i got dumped for the first time last week. me and my bf had been going out for 4 months. it's been about a week since we broke up, and we have the same friends and free block at school. we end up hanging out and it's driving me crazy. he's loud and funny, always the center of attention. he's flirting with all these girls (who are my friends), and it just, well, hurts. i'm over him (this might sound mean but,) i hate seeing him happier without me than he was with me. prom is coming up and there's this guy, blake, who likes me, but i dont like him. and the guy i do like, carlos, is on a "break" with my friend, ana. what should i do to stop feeling so angry at my ex? and to find a prom date? should i go with the guy i dont really like, just as friends?

I am a little on the shy and reserved side. I am a nice person and have a big heart. My problem is that I have a really hard time finding a nice bf. It seems like all the nice guys are taken. I'm not and never have been into casuel sex and one night stands. I want to have a permanent partner. How can I find a nice guy? I'm nearing 30 and I really wish I could get married and start a family. But I need to find the right guy first! Does anyone have any suggestions?

So my girlfriend and I have been going out for about a month now (we are 16 years old). She is a very open person and shares a lot with me, but I am not so open of a person. So always complains that I am not contributing enough to the conversation when ever I talk to her. I am not sky or anything around her, I am very confortable around her. I need some advice, how is a person suppost to open up to another person? I want to, I just don't know how. :'(

This boy that i love...yes for real...we went out about 4 times and the last time he broke up with me because he liked another girl.He doesn't like that same girl anymore but he likes another one. 16 f. sophmore likes sophmore guy as well. never had a conversation with him. hell i doubt he knows i exist. but i still want to approach him.
1) He is scene or w/e and is quiet. he seems almost depressed. he just sits there at lunch with a friend or two and does nothing(though he is kind of popular) hes medium height. super skinny. pretty smile :]
2) i dont dress scene or goth or punk or ghetto or preppy so ive no clue wtf i am. im very shy. not too quiet but a lil quiet. short. im a lil chubby and i have a pretty face(like that matters all that matters are a hot body)
when i approach him what should i say?? could we ever be compatible? should i just give up all together? and how can i get him to notice me?

2 year anniversary gift!!

two year anniversary. What should I get my boyfriend? I was thinking a shirt or something? Ive already gotten him everything. Chocolate, teddy bears, poems, notes, pictures, collages, ect. I made him a blanket, and got him his favorite game. Two years worth of anniversarys and holidays, I have already gotten him everything. What should I double as a gift? Or any other ideaS? I love him a tun!!
I just want to get him something meaningful! 2years is a long time!! :)
