I need to lose weight and I love to swim. I've heard it was good exercise but i dont know what to do. I would like to lose the majority by the end of the summer. I would really appreciate anyone's help.

I heard that after 3 years of going through your period, you stop growing. Is that true? I also want to know if there are any possibilities of still getting taller, because I'm a bit shorter than average height, but still want to become taller. What can I do to become more taller?

im having trouble findin the rite bra that will give me good cleavage, it seems like ever bragive me bad cleavage and it doesnt push me up im a size 34c but i think it may b the wrong size. please help me solve this problem and if there is anysite that i cna go to that like shows examples of bra sizes that may also help!

Well.. I decided I wanted to get in shape & maybe lose some weight. So I've been eating less & healthier, and we have an excersize machine, so I've been doing a little of that. I haven't really done that much, but my stomach hurts reallyy baddd? Anyone know what it is?

i love basketball and i have kinda planned my life around but one thing ive noticed is how all the pro basketball players taht r girls r flat chested its odd to ask this question but im wondering how to prevent that and how to stop your boobs from sweating?!? Please Help

OK, well, I am in soccer, but the problem is like 5 minutes after we start I get tired because I start so fast. Well since it's off-season where I play, is there a way to get me in shape before I start playing again, so I dont run out of breath right away? Thank you so much if you could answer this!

im 13,about 5'5, and i weight 184 pounds.i know i am much over weight.im not exactly sure how much i should weight.
before i go back to school, i want to have lost a good amount of weight(i go back to school around the end of august).what are some workout plans, without using any machines, that will help me?i want something high intensity, something that will deffinetly give me good results.
also, does anyone have experiance with the Cross Crunch Abdominal Exerciser, or the Zone Pilates?do these really work?i am interested in buying either one or both of these, but i was wondering if they really do work.would they help me loose weight?what other things help like that, but dont cost too much?my friend reccommend...

Hey.
ok, so I'm 13, about 5'3 and i only weight about 98 pounds. I exercize well and eat really healthy. I have a flat stomache and i'm not 'chubby' or anything, but I hate my hips. Like, right bellow my belly-button. Is there any exercizes I can do to make them smaller or get rid of them? I think they make me look horrible in bathingsuits and stuff. Answer fast Please!!

ugh i cant stand the top of my thighs. the rest of my legs are toned, but it just randomly gets biggerat the.you know, the inside and back a little bit thats really noticable in short shorts and bathing suits & whatnot. how can i make it go awayy? i know everyones gonna say excercise and eat healthy, yeah i know, but i need more direction than that. what kind of excersices and stuff. i'm trying to eat healthier, but i don't know exactly what i'm supposed to eat to make the little bit of extra fat go away.

Okay here's the thing i've gained some wieght, i want to look and be thin, not lindsy lohan thin, just healthy thin, where you can say i'm skinny.
what should i do to accomplish this goal.

im 17 years old. im abut 5'4/5'5
&& i weigh a litte over 120 lbs
im going to the beach in 2 weeeks, and i was wondering if there is any possible way to get down to at least 110lbs by then
im not the kind of girl that runs. trust me, ive tried, and i just cant do it.
pleaseee give me all the advice and tips you guys possibly have.

Okay. so, i know that when you want to eat healthy you don't go to McDonalds. But what I don't know is what you look for on the labels of food I mean, what are things that are good? Low calories? Low Carbs? stuff like that? Also, what types of foods are good to eat if you want to loose about 10 pounds but while also working out? I'd really appreciate if you would help me out. thnx
