The back of my legs and my butt are big but nothing else? Does anyone know how to tone these areas fast?

Sitting up against a wall for along period of time (really helps those muscles.), running, jogging, walking, laying down on your side and lifting up in the air then rotate with the other leg, running up and downstairs. Hope this helps. :) ♥

squats. do about 30 a day. also running up a hill. and walking on a treadmill for about 30 mins can work mircales!
