ugh i cant stand the top of my thighs. the rest of my legs are toned, but it just randomly gets biggerat the.you know, the inside and back a little bit thats really noticable in short shorts and bathing suits & whatnot. how can i make it go awayy? i know everyones gonna say excercise and eat healthy, yeah i know, but i need more direction than that. what kind of excersices and stuff. i'm trying to eat healthier, but i don't know exactly what i'm supposed to eat to make the little bit of extra fat go away.

Thats why, unfortunately, the only solution is to lose weight overall and hope that your body removes that fat sooner rather than later. To that end, the solution is eat healthy, eat fewer calories than you burn in a day, eat often, and exercise.
I can give you a link as well, to a site where you can click any muscle you want to exercise. However, remember, training your entire body will be far more beneficial that just focusing on a few specific muscles.
