I'm going to a lake in two days, and I really want to have a great stomach, butt, and legs, so are there any excersizes that I can do for each of these over the next two days?
Anyway I have included a link to a site that shows all sorts of exercises for whichever muscle you want to train. However, I warn you again, you can achieve almost no visible results in 2 weeks let alone 2 days.
