ok well i snore and im 13 and its very embarissing . but see it runs in the family everyone on my moms side snores and it really really loud and when im over my friends houses they make fun of me and im only one who snores out of all my friends what can i do to stop it?

That's sorta like a 'how to' guide on how to stop snoring. Try those nasal strips that you might've seen on the commercials. Make sure that you're not taking any sleeping pills, because that increases your snoring. Like I said, that site has a little guide that you can look at.
blueeyedbaby answered Thursday June 29 2006, 8:33 pm: listen, to avoid embarresment all you have to do when your friends make fun of you is act like you dont care. Be like " haha ok i snore at night, but im not the one who has to stay awake all night because someone is snoring." just be funny like that. or say " you're laughing at me because i snore, im laughing at you because you dont get any sleep at night!" lots of people snore, it's nothing to be embarrased about. if you dont like how the jokes are working, just tell your friends how you feel about them making fun of you. if you dont like that idea, just go to like walmart and buy one of those nose strip things , and it helps with your snoring.
