1. dont eat regular bread, eat tortilla whole grain bread...dont even put any other bread in your mouth.
2. dont eat any meat other than tuna. it will be hard, but you have to do it! make your mom by you alot of fish and eat it alot.
3. there is a salad you can make called tuna noodle salad, it's really good. emaail me and i'll tell ya how to make it step by step.
4. eat lots of vedgies...no matter wat. drink 2% milk and dont put sugar in lots of things.
5. try as hard as you can to stay away from sweets and make sure to always buy LOW FAT!
6. EAT alot of salad and remember, try not to eat meat!

One that works a lot is laying down on the floor completely, then someone stand just right above your head, and with both hands you hold unto their feet. Then using them for balance, you lift your legs up together at the same time, and down, then up and down again. Just repeat the same process without touching the floor. Someone doesnt necessarily have to be there, you can also hold on to a pole or anything like that.
Hope that helps [ H3arts_Collid3's advice column | Ask H3arts_Collid3 A Question ]
