I suggest working out everyday. A couple of crunches here and there and some but squatz. Do about 20 crunches and work your way up by five.
1st Day - 20
2-25
3-30...
and so on. I know its alot but in 2 weeks it can really help.
Or heres an idea, try the special K challenge. Replace your food with Special K for 2 weeks and you will loose an inch or so on your waist and you will slim down by a few pounds. [ as the other girl suggested]

I cant run either, well i couldnt, but for highschool cheerleading we have to run, and i mean a lot, so start of small start by just talking a walk and JOGGING a little till you get tired, then work your way up, next thing you kno you'll be like me that can jog to the track maybe stop once, jog once around without stoping, then jog home and stop once or twice.. just bring water with you, dont drink tooo much before though, going pee and joggin dont mix. im tellin you that it will work eventualy and no one can just pick somthing up. just wehere confertable clothing, shoes, dont where jewlerly that might break, hurt you, haha, andjust dont owryr about what others thing while your runnin g[[like how you run]] also; most kids this day have an ipod or a mp3. if you do; it may help you to run, i can trun with them idk y, proably because i wanna sing an di cant! dont talk while ur running/joggin either,looka t your feet maybe, make set goals like i a m gonna run to here,, no here. and that will help ALOT, just have fun and figure out what works best for you!
candibabe69 answered Thursday June 29 2006, 6:04 am: im not an expert at this kinda stuff but, u could try goin to the gym or sumthin every nite for like an hour or so, and use like the treadmill and stuff. and also eat healthy for the next 2weeks, like fruit, low fat foods, and drink lots of water bcos water makes ur digestive system or wateva work faster so try and drink at the minium about 8 glasses a day. maybe even start doin situps every nite.
