Well.. I decided I wanted to get in shape & maybe lose some weight. So I've been eating less & healthier, and we have an excersize machine, so I've been doing a little of that. I haven't really done that much, but my stomach hurts reallyy baddd? Anyone know what it is?

The soreness just shows that you broke down enough old muscle fibers to build new, stronger ones
It's called DOMS- Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, not much you can do about it except let time heal it and if you keep exercising, then get used to it and take it as a good sign that you did a sufficient workout. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

Anyway, if it is related to the exercise then it can be muscle soreness- if you are not used to working out and if this machine is ab intensive- then it can be really bad. Alternatively it could be a pulled muscle, which would also be terrible, but one would have thought that you would have felt that while exercising.
The only other thing that I cant think of, which is related to your new lifestyle, is that maybe you ate something that does not agree with you.
Well, thats about all I can think of. If you ask for my best guess (and if I assume that the machine hit your abs) then I go with muscle soreness. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
