I heard that after 3 years of going through your period, you stop growing. Is that true? I also want to know if there are any possibilities of still getting taller, because I'm a bit shorter than average height, but still want to become taller. What can I do to become more taller?

I've tried to be taller too, but there isn't really anything to help you. Just maybe if your healthy, like taking vitamins and drinking a glass of milk everyday. Good luck! :) [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
abbyxoxo answered Sunday July 2 2006, 9:19 pm: it is not true that you stop growing after you get your period. thats what i herd to, but i found out that it wasnt true... women dont stop growing untill they reach the age between 16-18. i was worried also because all my freinds tease me because im so much shorter than them, it kinda sucks but i cant wait till i grow more, lol..
