mac file converting or something

i wanted to edit videos i made on my macbook with imovie, but my files are in .mpg so they cannot play. apple says i can buy the add on for $20 but i prefer to not pay.....(the add on is - QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component for Mac OS X)
is there anywhere i can get the download for free? i googled "QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component for Mac OS X free download" and i couldn't find on that was free because they all redirected me to the apple store page. please help! i need this for a school project!

I was talking to my friend in a chat room and she
decides to randomly ask me if i have mental issues
because i act childlish sometimes i guess from what i type and she also said because of my age which is 19 after she said that i felt hurt on the verge of tears like i was going to cry am i overreacting? I'm thinking she didn't think before she typed she apologized and said she didn't mean to be rude but it still hurt
Was what she said a immature comment? How should i
handle this...she's younger then me age 14 after she said that to me i was thinking how could you say that to someone...what should i do?

Trouble peeing in a public bathroom

Hi! I am going on a road trip cross country this summer with my mom. I'm very excited except for one problem I have been dealing with for about 7 years: I can't pee anywhere but my home bathrooms. The last roadtrip I took, I ended up in the hospital 3 nights in a row with 2 temporary catheters and 1 permanent one I had to have for a week (it was extremely painful, especially since I still had to drive 8 more hors home.) I was wondering if anybody had any advice on what I can do to pee in a public bathroom? Is there some medication I can take or some mental trick?? Thanks so much!!

Puppy troubles

Hello i have a 11 week old Toy Fox Terrior we got her about 2 weeks ago. I'm having troubles with her biting and eating her own feces. I've looked online at ways to teach your dog not to bite and it seems like ive tried it all. The first couple times she started biting i yelped like a dog and that seemed to startle her now i do it and it doesnt even phase her. I tell her no firmly and she does it anyways. I put her in her kennel then she calms down and is up to it again. I dont expect her to listen to everything i say i know shes a puppy. But any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

So last year I had my first serious boyfriend, I fell head over hills, lost my virginity, and after a year I realized he wasn't the guy for me and I had made a mistake. I was forced into a lot of things with him. Not physically as much as mentally. He'd guilt trip me, get angry and ignore me, fight with me, say I didn't love him if I didn't do things with him. One time at his friends house he locked me in the bathroom with him until I did stuff with him. I started crying so he let me out but refused to talk to me the rest of the night. So, I broke up with him a few months ago. I recently started dating this guy, he's been my best friend since eighth grade. I'm a junior he's a senior. I really like him and he respects me and treats me right....

friend (ex boyfriend) borrowing money

How do i set limits on lending someone money? My ex-boyfriend and best friend is a great guy (wonderful) but he borrows money frequently. He will borrow money weekly if he thinks I have any cash.
He borrows large and small amounts; he simply asks for whatever amount he thinks (or discovers) I have and that he needs. I often forget all the 10 20 30 dollar loans so sometimes he pays money back and sometimes he does not. He currently owes me over a thousand.
He got really angry when I once asked him to sign a repayment agreement, so thats not an option. He expresses frustration if I try to give him a check rather than cash. I always try to avoid talking about money with him, but if i do or if he knows I h...

Okay i am a female of 17 years. for about a year now i have trouble sleeping, either i cant get to sleep or i wake up 2-3 times a night. The only time I sleep throught the night is when my boyfriend stays with me, but i wake up early. Its not very often that he does. Do i have insomnia or could this be something else

I've been waiting for the summer to come for a while now and it's coming closer and closer. I've been also expecting to spend a lot of time with my girlfriend this summer. I was thinking that this summer would be great; she and i on the beach watching the sunset together. I already knew that for three weeks of the summer, she will be studying at college because where she is going, it is required. hi, im 17 and my boyfriend is 27 and i know he's really old for me but ya i dated him for about 5 1/2 months things went up and down and so recently ive been really busy with school, so i couldn't meet up with him as much. Anyways i got a text from him after school saying lets meet at college campus at 2;30pm and i was like no because, i have after school activites to go to. so after that he Never called or texted me again.And i even sent him a text 2 weeks ago saying how are you? and he never replied. hi, im a 16 1/2 year old girl and i am really short for my age 4'10 and my mom is 5'3 and dad is 5'8 ,& race asian.
And since i am really short im very worried about getting a job and going into college in a few years. Anways i am looking for ways to get taller either naturally or with medications.i don't care the cost as long as it's effective. I hate not being taken seriously by my parents and my brothers and sisters. Even though my mom keeps telling me she stopped growing at the age of 19 so is it possible for me to grow till 19? or Does anyone know of any growth stimulate pills? or do you think the most effective will be taking injections?
I really don't care if my hands grow a bit bigger or w/e my doctor said.
