is there like a health chart of how much you're suppose to weigh for how tall you are? i am about 5'

Hello people =]. I am 5'3'' (63 inches) and I weigh 139 pounds.. I want to loose a lot of weight and fast. ( www.myspace.com/meg_92 ) I was wondering... does anyone know any diet plans.. exersizes.. that can make me loose weight, get ride of "love handles" that my mom keeps bugging me about?.. please help!
ps. i do exersize, i am a cheerleader so i run almost daily and do a lot of jumping around..

i am 13, 14 on friday; about 5 foot; i weigh 110. i know that i'm not fat, but i'm self consious about my thighs and also, i have a pocket of fat in my lower stomach area. i'm looking to lose 15 pounds. anyone have any diet/excercise plans?

My eyes have always been normal. I was never cross eyed or had a lazy eye or anything. Well, now, when I see pictures of myself, I'm a little bit cross-eyed. Is there a way a person can get cross-eyed? Does too much time on the computer make your eyes cross? Is there a way to fix it by yourself, without going to a doctor or anyuthing (my mom told me if you hold up, like, a pen and you move it around and just follow it with your eyes, it'll help your eyes go back to normal)?

Over the last couple of years my breasts have increased from a C cup to a D cup. I would be okay with this if they weren't fat boobs. I feel like there's a difference. Does anyone know of any excersizes for your chest, pectorals or whatever, so that maybe my breasts will lift some and look better? Thanks!

i'm 15 female and I noticed that I sort of have a fat face, it's not like really fat, But I don't want it to be fat anymore, how can I get ride of it?..I'm not really a fat girl either, I'm aout 125lbs. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

If you want to look good for like, a pool party or something, will this work...?
The day before, eating really healthy like all fruits and vegetables and whole wheats maybe, and excercising a lot, and then the day of the party not eating at all, except for water and then doing like, 200 crunches before you left, would that make you look at least a little bit skinnier? I don't mean like, 10 pounds, just look a little better.

ok. so i reallly want to look better for school. i dont mean like, 20 pounds in 2 weeks or something, i mean just maybe a few pounds, if not, just tone up. i've been doing this workout the last few nights and i was wondering if it would give me results. (mainly in the thigh/sides)

Simple exercises Posted Monday July 31 2006, 1:30 pm
Though the rest of my body is in fairly good shape, my upper arms have more flab than is preferred, especially as they get nearer to the shoulders. I have a busy schedule and my breaks come in irregular and short intervals. What are some simple exercises I could do at my desk/when I'm waiting without any work out equipment?

well i think im kinda chubby but people tell me all the time im not.. but i have stretch marks on my inner thys and my hips.. and i dont like them.. how do i make them go away. and i have a gut. how do i get that to go away?

Ok. Im thirteen years old and I'm around 125-130 lbs. I'm not sayint i'm fat, I am just really muscular in my legs. Although, I do have alot of, un-wanted fat in my stomach. My mom says I don't need to loose weight, but that is what moms are supposed to say. I look at my friends, or family, and they are so much smaller than me. Me and my best friends share clothes all the time. But my clothes seem to be a little baggy on her. I always feel so bad. :( My question is, what are some ways I can loose weight? I would like a detailed answer please, not just "eat right and work out." thankyou so much in advance. :)

I am trying to train up for the cheerleading squad... How can I do that? Running around the neighborhood is not a good option right now, but in the house we do have some free weights and rubber bands. I just want to be stronger and more ready for the practices. Can anyone help me?

14/f I weigh 142 pounds. I really need to burn the fat from my buttocks and my stomach. Maybe my thighs to? Is there anything besides situps and workouts that can help? I get so bored that I give up, even if I do listen to music or something. I want a flat stomach and a butt that isn't all flab. Are there any scientific treatments that are a reasonable price & can be used from a girl my age? Plus, dieting doesn't work. I've dieted all summer and seem no results. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong in my diet, though.

k i was wondering if any of these things counted as cardio and helped to lose fat,cause these are things i could do like, before bed..
: lemon squeezes(like a crunch but you bring your knees up to your chest so you move your whole body)
: bicycles(lay on the floor and bring your right leg up and touch it to your left elbow,etc.)
: jumping jacks
: continuous backbends and handstands and cartwheels and stuff
i figured if i did that for like, a half hour/45 minutes every night (or morning, or wtv) i could get into better shape my say, next month.

uuugh i think i gained weight since summer started, even though i've been more active. i was trying on jeans the other day and they seem smaller from the end of school. its basically only my lower stomach/sides and my upper thighs. everytime i try to eat healthier and not as often and excercise i can never stick to i t and its soo frustrating because i try on clothes and i feel like nothing looks good. i went running one morning but it felt weird because im only 13 and the only people who run/walk in my neighborhood are like, old. i reallly want to look better for when i go back to school, but idk how. what are some tips that you know work, and pleeease be specific! thank youu :)
