workout

Question Posted Monday July 31 2006, 9:50 pm

ok. so i reallly want to look better for school. i dont mean like, 20 pounds in 2 weeks or something, i mean just maybe a few pounds, if not, just tone up. i've been doing this workout the last few nights and i was wondering if it would give me results. (mainly in the thigh/sides)

soo:
1.[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
that 25 times on each leg
2.[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
that 25 times on each leg
3.25 lemon squeezes (but pumping my arms so it's harder)
4.50 jumping jacks
5.then repeat that 3 moew times, so its 100 for everything, but 200 jumping jacks.

thanksss <3
