Over the last couple of years my breasts have increased from a C cup to a D cup. I would be okay with this if they weren't fat boobs. I feel like there's a difference. Does anyone know of any excersizes for your chest, pectorals or whatever, so that maybe my breasts will lift some and look better? Thanks!

But like everything else out there, don't expect to see results over night. I'll let you in on my secret...lol I hope you have a sense of humor cuz I don't want you to take this the wrong way. I am a size triple D so I can totally sympathize with you. Go buy some Palmers breast firming cream (Available at Wal-mart for under $5.00) It works WONDERS! I absolutley swear by it. Ok, so here's the thing I said I hoped you'd take in a ok way. I have a pic on my advice column of me in a 2 piece. There is alot of cleavage showing, BUT it's to give you a better idea of what this cream can do for you. Triple D's are freakin huge so you can only imagine feeling like they were fat one's lol. The pic is after using the cream for about a month. Best of Luck to you.

aquababe1 answered Wednesday August 2 2006, 12:48 am: you might be able to do some stretches that help, but all boobs are is extra fat so you really cant do much about it. and you have d boobs which mean theyre even bigger! im sure they look fine and youre just self conscious. people with small boobs are self conscious and big boobs too. just be confident and if you got it, flaunt it.

Some simple excercises would be the dreadful PUSH UPS! I know they stink but theyre great for that area!
