I can offer you all kinds of exercise information and advice if you'd like, but for now I think you really need advice on your goal. Please don't set a goal of any weight that you would like to lose. Instead of a scale, let a mirror define your goals. I would encourage you to not step on a scale at all while you're trying to change the way you look. Instead, just look at the differences in the mirror and in how your clothes look and feel on you. Let me know if you want my help in designing an exercise plan. I'd be happy to help in any way.

Don't be silly, 15 lbs would be way too much for you to loose. I'd say 5 lbs at the most would be ok. All you have to do to loose that would be to cut out soda and soft drinks and replace with water.

Okay... Im 13, 14 on the 15th and I am 105 pounds. I feel self consious too. Im on a diet lol. I do these exercises.... Ill tell you the ones I do to stay fit and lose weight!

Well... what I do is I work out every day. I do exercises called plank, bicycle, and roll up for my abs and reverse lunge and pulsing squat for my thighs and butt. Dieting wont really work if you dont work out or exercise! Try running,or stairs. Oh and when or if you run make sure you go at a pace where you can still talk and run at the same time.

Plank: (arms abs and lower back)push up position, forearms on the ground, form a straight line from your shoulders to your heels. Abs pulled in and raise your right foot about 6 inches off the ground hold for 10 seconds and do the same to the left leg. Do this 3 times. (right left, right left, right left)
Bicycle: (abs and obliques) Lie down, hands behind head. COntract abs to bing head and neck off the floor. Begin cycling be extending your right leg as you bring your left knee and right elbow together. Do 20 reps (left knee and right knee = 1 rep)
Roll up: (upper and lower abs)Lie down with your knees bent. Feet flat on the ground and palms at your sides facing downwards. Go up into a sitting position (hands still out) Do 10 reps.

Reverse Lunge: (thighs and butt) Stand with feet shoulder width apart, arms at your sides and have a 3 pound weight or full 20 ounce bottle of water in each hand. Keep your back STRAIGHT! lol. Step back with your right foot about 3 feet and dip your right knee untill it an inch or 2 above the ground. Push off and get to starting position and the do it again. Do 3 sets of 15 reps (do 45 for each leg) and then switch (do 45 reps for the other leg too)
Pulsing Squat: (thighs and butt)Elbows bent, hands together (palms together) at chin level. Lower your butt as if you were about to sit in a chair to get into proper squat position. Pulse up and down using your butt and thigh muscles to raise your butt about 4 inches from the starting position (when you are about to sit in a chair). Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Diet and exercise will help! As long as you feel the burn you ll do fine. Also try leg lifts. Look on the internet for more exercise tips! :) Hope I helped.

Hey,
I have some suggestions that could help you lose the weight you want in about a month or less. Here are some of them:

1- YOu should go to the club every morning.First of all, run the track, then , go to the gym and consult a trainer there to show you some exercises to help you lose weight and keep you fit.
2- Make some stretches and exercises when you wake up every morning
3-Go for long walks everyday, with a friend or anyone to accompany you if you don't like to walk alone
4- Consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan consisting of the four food groups, and don't make one for yourself
5-Quit junk food, and don't eat anything that contains sugar or fats
6-You can use pilates(a set of exercises used in holistic medicine), but only if its necessary, and you failed on doing the other suggestions i recommended, and these pilates are also kind of expensive.

Other than that, you can refer back to my column, for more suggestions that could help you, but i think i already told you everything.
And if you need any other help or advice, then please be free to contact me. Goodluck:)

Running is the best exercise you can get.

I started running at 1 mile, and building my way up to 3[With a break at the halfway point]. Then I swam for 2 hours.

I did this for most of June, and my thighs trimmed down dramaticaly.

And for your stomach, I also did a 20 minute Ab workout non-stop, consisting of sit-ups,super crunches, leg lifts, normal crunches, pikes, and holding my feet straight out about 3 inches off the ground.

After that, I lost about 1 1/2 inches of my waist, and got a nice toned look.

But, none of this will work if you don't eat healthy. You must limit yourself of the junkfood/snacks.

You don't have to do such extreme things, as I did. Although I highly recommend running up to 4 miles. But instead of the full 2hours swimming[I had to, as I am on a swim team] You could maybe swim a total of 30 laps. And gradually go up. As for the ab workout, start out with 10 mins, and go up.

Here are instructions for each Ab workout:

Super Crunches: Lie flat on your back, and bring your chest and knees up at the same time then go down at the same time;Repeat many times. It is much like a sit up, but your lifting your legs off the ground and up to your chest.

Leg Lifts: Lie on your back, have your hands underneath your butt for support, and lift your legs up and down[Don't let your feet hit the ground]. Try to use your stomach as much as possible to lift your legs up. It helps if you lift your head up and look at your feet.

Pikes: Start off on your back, and lift your arms and legs up, at the same time, trying to make your body into a "V" shape. Your arms and legs must must be straight. Your feet may hit the floor on this excercise.

Hope all goes well!

Just drop a question in my inbox, if you are still confused about some of the excersices. [:

Yours Dearly,
LoveSucks[[♥]]
