k i was wondering if any of these things counted as cardio and helped to lose fat, cause these are things i could do like, before bed..
: lemon squeezes(like a crunch but you bring your knees up to your chest so you move your whole body)
: bicycles(lay on the floor and bring your right leg up and touch it to your left elbow, etc.)
: jumping jacks
: continuous backbends and handstands and cartwheels and stuff
i figured if i did that for like, a half hour/45 minutes every night (or morning, or wtv) i could get into better shape my say, next month.

One thing you should deffinetly work on is abs, that shapes your stomach , the biking thing burns less calories but its still a great workout .Jumping jacks are also good for a cardio vasular workout but you might get tired after a while. One other thing you should do is walking and mild jogging , thats a great way to build strength and burn fat . Good luck!

Bicycles are hanstrign toners. Jumping jacks yes those are great they get your heart pumping faster pushing more blood thru your blood stream forcing to work your heart harder thus strengthening it.backbends and hanstands no those are just stretching muscles and the handstands do you more harm then good. Your blood ias meant to flow down thru your body to your feet and then back up to get re oxiginated. if your upside the flow is slwed ad you can lose conscienceness and have circulatory problems/ Running in place is great do that about 30 min. then your jumping jack, walking, running and jumping are the best cardio work outs [ angel3102's advice column | Ask angel3102 A Question ]
