So my gf of a year left me 3 months ago for her ex who treated her like crap. Well I guess she realized things in tried commin back to me...so after a month I figured wed try again. Well we drink a lot well I would get scared/worried/upset and talk or bring up the past or her ex and we started kinda fighting/having spats a lot. computer won't boot initially

Keep getting "1780 - Disk0Failure or disk error" and "Non-system or disk error replace and strike any key."
Also 1790 - Disk 0 Error
Does this refer to the floppy drive? Will I be able to boot up if I disconnect the floppy drive?
I have to boot almost a dozen times using F1, F2, Alt Ctrl Delete and turning the computer off and on (Old Compaq Pentium 200) before desktop appears and connecting to ISP.

International Relations, Oxford University, and the ambitious student

I want to do international relations when I'm older. I'm 16 and its summer vacation, so I want to do a job or community service thats relevant to where I want to be. Would it look better if I did community service or got a job, too? And what kinds of things could I do that would be relevant. Trying to create world peace? lol. When I was younger I did a People to People Ambassador program but they are expensive so I can't do them every year. Should I try and form a Student Chapter in my area, or what?
Also, would it be impossible to make it into Oxford University if I am applying from America? I was thinking about doing the PPE course there. I have British citizenship as I was born there, if that helps. But I'm confused on wha...

I am 15 years old and my sister seems to be having financial problems. As her brother I don't mind lending or giving her a little bit of money. My parents found a marijuana pipe and later meth pipe both used in her room. She seems to spend so much that she started stealing money from me and asking me to make counterfeits. Then like always she lies and makes up lame excuses. How should I deal with it, call the cops and file a theft charge try to "scare her straight"? She passed a drug test but it was at home her friends were over and it took her 2 hours.

Over the past six years or so, I've lived as a recluse. I have virtually no human contact other than what is required. In an average day, I probably say about 100 words aloud. I had a small group of 3-6 "friends" in elementary school, but I very rarely did anything outside of school with them.
Unlike most people with this problem, mine is entirely self-inflicted. I was never bullied, and I've had no "bad relationships" of any kind. I simply do not enjoy multi-person activities (including conversation). Since I viewed friendship as useless in the past, I didn't pursue it, and I am now completely incapable of participating in any kind of social interaction due to lack of experience.

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been together 8months and im seriously starting to think im disfunctional or something. Lol let me explain.

Ok, Perez Hilton had posted a new photo of Miley Cyrus. It was of her getting out of a convertible in a short white dress. Well, I totally twitter follow Perez Hilton (love my celebrity gossip) and I did see the photo.
