Is the Miley Cyrus Upskirt Illegal Pornography?

Question Posted Monday June 14 2010, 6:18 pm

Ok, Perez Hilton had posted a new photo of Miley Cyrus. It was of her getting out of a convertible in a short white dress. Well, I totally twitter follow Perez Hilton (love my celebrity gossip) and I did see the photo.

It's been taken down now and I just read a news article that said it may be considered child pornography. I think Miley Cyrus is like 16 or 17 though so I guess she is underage for that sort of thing. She wasn't like posing or anything. It was just a shot of her getting out of the vehicle with no panties on. It was her mistake and ANYBODY could have saw it.

I don't want to get in trouble though because I DID see it. I looked at the photo on my personal computer right here at home. Am I going to get in trouble? Is it considered illegal? Can I clean it off of my computer so nobody knows I did see it? He didn't say it was going to be her nude when I clicked on the link.

It said, specifically:

"
If you are easily offended, do NOT click here [URL] Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!
"

So, it's not like I knew, right?!

Additional info, added Tuesday June 15 2010, 9:25 pm:
Maybe I am not making myself very clear.

It is specifically of Miley Cyrus crotch shot.

She didn't have panties on at all under her dress and the photo was taken of her legs eagle wide as she exited the vehicle.

Miley Cyrus is UNDER 18.

I looked at it on my computer so the data is stored that I looked at it. Being under 18 that means she is considered a child. She is pantyless so it's considered pornography.

People who look at that stuff online get in trouble with the cops because it's illegal even if they aren't the ones taking the pictures. I looked at the clear crotch shot.

I didn't know it was going to be Miley Cyrus with no panties on though so it's not like I went looking for something illegal. I don't care if Perez Hilton gets in trouble for sending the link to the picture around. I care if I will get in trouble for having the picture on my computer.

You wont get in trouble for looking at it, its not like anyone is monitoring your computer and it isn't harcore child pornography. Perez Hilton is a highly visited website and not known for being a pornography center. He could get in trouble for that, however, which is probably why it's been taken down.
