i have white discharge like a day after sex usually. is it just my dudes cum or could i have an infection?

It could be a yeast infection, or it could be normal, or something worse. I would say go to a dr and get checked out. Depending upon your area I would check out planned parenthood. Good luck!

It could be your normal vaginal discharge,if it is milky white and does not have an odor then it is normal but if it is itchy with a fishy smell and an either white or yellowy tint colour to it then it could be vaginal thrush,dishcarge can increase when ovulating,breasfeeding or after sex or sexually ecited
