i am basically content with my weight and everything, it's just there's a little.. i have no idea what to call it.. "baby fat" i guess you could say, in the area under my bellybutton [ lower stomach ]. i've been doing about 60 crunches every night to try and make it slim down and become a little toner before school starts, and it seems to work, but then i eat and it comes back so i have to do crunches again that night. is there a way to just keep it down?

I think i have a huge stomach, I'm not pregnant or anything, but I keep doing crunches, situps and pushups everynight but am not seeing much of an improvement. How long will it take to see results if I'm doing it everynight???????

Does anyone know any way to run faster? I am a wide receiver on my football team and I'm one of the fastest people on the team. But I want to get faster. So, does anyone know of any programs or anything to help develop explosive power and overall speed? Thanks!

You know what???I am not fat boys like me and everything is fine...I am ok...But i want to have the perfect body...Don't tell me exercise etc there is no time..I need something quick...Do you know what i can do???I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT REALLY QUICKLY...Please, if you want to tell me eat healthy etc better don't answer..Try to understand me...Some links would help but this is not important...

treadmill

for my 15th birthday i'm getting a treadmill from my parents. i know that it kinda seems like a waste of a present, but i really want one. i have always tried eating healthy and try to stay in shape. i eat healthy on weekdays but then allow myself to have some snacks on the weeksends so i don't completely deprive myself of junk food. i'm doing fine with eating healthy, but i've always wanted to get a flatter stomach. everyday i do 170 crunches, 100 bicycles, and then stretch out my ab muscles. i also walk 2-3 miles a couple of days a week.

my question is: will running on the treadmill help me get a flatter stomach? if so how much will i have to run? or for how long? and how fast? i would run on the treadmill about 5 times a...

I want to lose just a few pounds. I'm trying to eat healthier, & excersicing more but I'll admit I cheat. I need help with what foods to eat and how often, and when & how long to excercise and stuff.

just thought you should know thoughh..I really don't like running it fees weird being out in my neighborhood i feel like people are watching me. i also cant go to the gym, im 13. oh yeah and i cant buy a video i dont have enough money

well i have arm flab and its gross and i want to wear shirts that show my arms this year not sweatshirts any ideas and im planning on starting when i get effective workout ideas that work and i would like to have no arm flab by like marchish.?

please help! i dunno what to do.

i sort of have a weird problem. I always sorta had thick theighs, mainly from being on the swim team and dancing. well last year i bought a whole bunch of hollister jeans and they fit great. Although i acually lost weight this summer i got a job wear a stand and walk alot so my theighs have gotten more muscular. The problem is i no longer fit into my hollister jeans. The waist if fine but its tight in the legs now and it looks bad.

What can i do? i can't stop walking and standing at my job, we aren't aloud to sit or anything and i can't invest in more hollister jeans because they were expensive and i have like 5 pairs that i don't want to lose!

any advice on how to thin out the muscle because my legs are solid!

what exercises could i do to lose the most weight [[to make it show]] in 4 weeks? thats when im going to be meeting my crush *&& to be honest...im overweight. i dont just want to do this because of him, i want to do this to be healthier and more self-confident. i have a treadmill, so how about "speed-walking" for an hour maybe every other daii? i know all about the precautions [[staii hydrated,etc/]] thank you so much!

well i went to the docotors and i found out my older isster weighs less then me.and im not in the greatest shape ever. so i thought i' go ona healthy diet. my questiosn are

1)what are some healthy foods but taste good to eat for a diet?

2) how many times a day should i eat?

3) i always get lazy and dont feel exerciseing how can i stop this?

4) how do i curve the craveings?

5)what exercises should i do and for how long?

okay so i hate mi figure,
i have regular size boobs but i have big ribs well it looks like i do and i have almost no bum.
is there anything i can do to help gain a bum but not made mi stomach gain weight and also make my ribs look smaller?
