super for school.

Question Posted Thursday August 31 2006, 12:40 am

i am basically content with my weight and everything, it's just there's a little.. i have no idea what to call it.. "baby fat" i guess you could say, in the area under my bellybutton [ lower stomach ]. i've been doing about 60 crunches every night to try and make it slim down and become a little toner before school starts, and it seems to work, but then i eat and it comes back so i have to do crunches again that night. is there a way to just keep it down?

Try to eat healthy foods such as vegetables, minerals, vitamins and stay off of the junk food!
Then after you eat you can do some more sit ups. Maybe increase the amount you do. Say if you ate 10 doughnuts ((unhealthy!!!)) do about 100 situps... but if you eat carrots and tomatoes ((healthy!!!)) you might want to do about 50 sit-ups... get it??

I hope I helped!

ok so if you want, slimfast is a very good drink to try, (it just tastes like chocolate milk) and maybe that would help. OR you could try doing some more crunches BEFORE you eat a big meal and AFTER .
