ok i really need some help here- i need a way to gain arm muscle and work on my abs really really fast does any1 know a workout that starts working super quickly

It does take more than a week. In most cases to see noticable results (depending on workouts done, how often, etc) it could take six weeks before you see any difference or feel any difference. girlmeetsboy answered Thursday August 31 2006, 1:09 am: well to build up your abs do pilates, you can look on a website for excersizes. if not just do situps and pullups.
a tip for when you sit, sit up straight, it helps a tiny bit.
for arm muscle, do pushups everynight and each night try to add like 5 more.
