Don't feel bad if you cheat, it happens to us all and it's bound to happen either way. I know that getting into everything must be complicated for you because of all the different products and programs that claim to be the best out there but you really only need to do the basics. If you look at the biggest fitness icons whether it is Schwarzenegger, Jack LaLanne or whomever they all had one thing in common and that is the fact that they no matter how advanced they got they just stuck to the basics in fitness and nutrition- plenty of rest, good wholesome food and enough training to not go overboard. You don't need to buy a video, all you need to do is train 3 times a week for 45 mins to an hour and make sure you are eating as many fresh, wholesome foods as possible the best are tuna, skinless chicken breast, eggs, fish, fresh fruits and veggies and I can't emphasize this enough- WATER. Water is very very important. Unfortunately we are forced to do things we sometimes hate in fitness and I'll admit that I absolutely HATE doing cardio but it's just a necessary evil lol.

You mention that you can't go to a gym just because you're 13. I don't know whether you mean that you can't because you feel your body isn't mature enough to handle exercise or that 13 year olds are banned from gyms and really both are incorrect. At 13 you just need to work out a little less intense as someone older such as 16 years old and you need plenty of rest to help you grow. Gyms will let you work out there, some require you get certified in teen fitness and some don't but either way there are options available. Remember what I said- stick to the basics and you'll do just fine.

Well, to tell you the truth, running is the best exercise since it burns fat in all parts of your body and makes you more flexible (somewhat) but no need to worry, there are a lot more exercises you can do.

Eating part:
Never skip a meal, it will only cause wieght gain. When you eat, eat slowly since it takes the brain at least 20min to think that you're full. When you are full, don't eat anymore. Even if there is food left on the plate. Instead of filling up dinner dishes, fill up a salad dish (smaller plate) so you'll still get the thought you ate a lot since the plate looked full. Drink a lot of water (8 cups a day)

Eat small healthy snacks in between to stop you from over eating from being hungry and reaching for the evil second plate. Baby carrots, apples, fruitsm veggies...all good.

Instead of milk, drink 1& low fat milk, no butter peanut butter, mayo or butter. They are all FAT. Eat whole wheat instead of white bread and lay off some of the pastas cuz they are all carbs.

Lettuce has low calories and it fills you up really nciely too. So keep that in mind. When you eat your meals, eat only small proportions and dont over eat please.

------------------
Now the exercising part:
I'm sorry but you my dear are going to have to walk everyday and if you dont want people to look at you, go out at night around 8PM. It's good for your skin too since the sun won't damage it. I usually start out with a slow jog and increase my speed to a slow run and do that for 30min everyday.

Um there are a lot of exercises for every part of the body. There should be a program on your TV called Dennis Austin's workout thing. There are two of them (the first one's easier than the 2nd one) But it's really effective. See when it will be on in your area...it's probably early in the morning. I live in Virginia and it's on at 7AM.
If you want to know more about what excersises are good for what parts of the body, just email me at xchoke_on_dead_hopex@yahoo.com or just ask me a private question and I'll answer you as best as I can and don't feel like you're bothering me or something. =D
