I know you're supposed to eat breakfast every day, and it'll help your metabolism, but i never have time to eat it during the school year. my bus comes around 7:20 - 7:30 and i'm usually dressed by 7 (i shower at night) so by the time i wash up and do my hair & makeup and stuff its time to go. last year i had those quaker things and a water bottle, but i dont think thats enough for breakfast. i also think my bus driver is catching on lol. so what are ways i can either fit a fast breakfast in, what to have, or something nutitious i can take with me on the bus

my sister stole about 50 dollars of mine before she went to college like 2 days ago and i just found out about it today..my parents think she is the perfect child and that i am the screw up..how do i prove she did it? && get them to believe me? (link)

well you can ask her first and if she says yes you will have to make her sighn a contract saying that. If she dosnt confese up you have to stand up and take pride. Try to get both of them to sit down and talk to them. Try to explain it to them that she stole 50 dollars from you. If they still dont beleive you you have to ask them if they knew how much money you had and say well 50 is missing. Try those three things and prove it.

Well I started dating this guy and we've only been dating 4 like 2 weeks but we talk less now than we did b4 we started going out and I hardly ever see him..and then theres this other guy I like and talk 2 like everyday and I see him more than my bf so I'm thinking about dumping the first guy 4 the 2nd one...but how do I let him down easy?? or should I just stay with him and see what happens??? well I think you should go with the second guy because at least you guys see each other. Its better seeing someone then not seeing them. You should say to him that we dont spend a lot of time together and that I think we should start seeing other people. That is what I would do and say about it.

Okay I still have feelings for my ex boyfriend but i don't want to be wit him (if that makes any sense) I mean its like i can't even bring myself to get closer to other boys or anybody for that matter because i guess i'm scared that the same thing will happend...I mean sometimes i realize that he did me wrong but lately all i remember is the good time we had together...I guess i jus need help on how to handle the situation or do i still need time to move on or watever i mean its been i think 3 or 4 maybe 5 months? Hi i am 17 years old and really need your advice. You see about 5 years ago now, my Grandmother of whom I was very close to died. she was like a
mother to me and i used to see her almost every day. however I just don't know how to
move on. I still really miss her. it's just i just don't know what to do anymore.
We had made so many plans of do together and i had made so many dreams of things i'd
do in the future(with her by my side). but now she's dead i just don't know what to do.
Should I carry on with these dreams/plans/ambitions i'd made when she was alive and had
planned to do together, .......or should i give up on them now she's dead and find some new
dreams instead.Do you t hink it would be insulting to her memory to just carry on with
these dreams.......only now without her? so you think she'd be offended?
What should I do? i just don't know what the right thing to do is.
Also i don't understand where she's gone. i missed years out of my Secondary education
so haven't really been taught about religion and therefore don't really understand it. What
can i do about this? also, she was cremated. what does christianity/the bible say about
cremation? do cremated people still get to heaven?
Also I missed practiacaly all of my secondary educationn... therefore I also missed Religious Education? I don't understand/get where my Grandma went? Do you know how i can learn about Religion now? Do they run R.E GCSE classes at college?Also this might seem an obvious question (but just needed to check) but do they give a good all-round general education in R.E in school(sorry if this seems a stupid question)?? so if I had gone to school would I now understand where she might be? I feel terriible...because i don't get where she is. what does the Bible

Also..............do you know how I can say goodbye to her now..i wasn't allowed to go to her funeral so never got to say goodbye. She was cremated...so there is no grave. By the way what happens to the ashes?? do they bury them in one place or sprinkle them around ...IF SO THEN where DO THEY SPRINKLE THEM AT THE CREMATORIUM???????? (which i wouldn't like to have happened) i hate not knowing. I also feel like I need to say out loud goodbye..such as where she was buried/cremated? How can I do this? wouldn't people at the crematorium stare? dO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW i CAN SAY GOODBYE??I am new to this site. is this advice free by the way..if not them please don't reply as I cannot afford to pay.I live in England.

ok so i have a lot of discharge, and i have not had my period yet.well the discharge is ruining all my underwear. i live with my dad cause my mom passed away.if u tell me to get pads or something like that, tell me how to deal with telling my dad or how to get them.

well, I would go ask your grandmother or aunt or a person who is older than 18 and who is a girl and ask them if they can buy you some pads or tampons and mabe even some new underware. ok I am going to let my cousin give you some advice now here she is.

well discharge is the first step to getting your period so dont be scared it is naturaql every girl goes through it...just get ready to start your period. and if your scared to get pads or tampons than go to a store with a self check out...it makes things so much easier.

ok so i REALLY wanna be in cheer/and dance. kuz i love to cheer and dance. although i've never been in any groups or anything like that. well..... my problem is: i just recently turned 13 and i weigh about 140. i know thats absoloutly terrible!!!! tell me what i can do to lose about 20 to 30 pounds. do u think i can be in a after school program, or something like that for dance and cheer right now? do you know any good, healty ways to lose weight? and do you know any sites or links for cheer?

well all u have to do is stay away from fast food and try to stay away from deep fried foods as well they are very unhealthy and dont be affraid to workout do sit ups....they work really well and dont be affraid to tryout, when you go have no doubts only influence yourself.

well if i were you i would tell the other guy that at the moment you just want to be friends and maybe in ever your spare time invite him out to coffee or something that friends would do and if i dont work out with the guy u like than maybe after hanging out with this guy u could like him more....but just agknolege the fact that hes there...make sure you make it clear you havent forgot about him

okay i'm 13 and i havn't had my period yet. i live with my dad so its really hard to bring up that subject, and i cant shave my legs because,again it hard to bring up the subject. i have air under my arms, and i'm guessing i should be shaving...but how do i bring up tht subject. what should i do? i cant go to anyone else either.

well if i were you i would just go ahead and shave it and after you do it tell your dad and apologize....or try to talk to an older adult like and aunt or and older girl cousin....and have them talk to your dad...

I want to lose just a few pounds. I'm trying to eat healthier, & excersicing more but I'll admit I cheat. I need help with what foods to eat and how often, and when & how long to excercise and stuff.
just thought you should know thoughh..I really don't like running it fees weird being out in my neighborhood i feel like people are watching me. i also cant go to the gym, im 13. oh yeah and i cant buy a video i dont have enough money

ok.. i have an 8 year old sister & she is very developed 4 her age. if u know wht i mean.. and she has a boyfriend who is 14.. which is not so unusual cuz she always dates older guys.. well.. my parents dont know about this boyfriend of hers.. so it is even worse.. she makes out with him all the time.. adn i dont have a problem with that.. but last week she decided to have sex.. and now shes preganat! what do i do??? im 15 and im going to be 16 in feb. but im trying to think of a place to work. i want it to be a place thats not boring and fun instead but also pays good with flexable hours bc i travel alot on weekends for travel sports and have practices alot. any ideas? thanks. (link)
