I know you're supposed to eat breakfast every day, and it'll help your metabolism, but i never have time to eat it during the school year. my bus comes around 7:20 - 7:30 and i'm usually dressed by 7 (i shower at night) so by the time i wash up and do my hair & makeup and stuff its time to go. last year i had those quaker things and a water bottle, but i dont think thats enough for breakfast. i also think my bus driver is catching on lol. so what are ways i can either fit a fast breakfast in, what to have, or something nutitious i can take with me on the bus
thanks <3
oh yeah, i have a REALLY hard time getting up, so it would be even harder to get up earlier, so i might need some tips on how to wake up earlier

yeahh waking up in the morning is mega hard. i hit the snooze button so many times. the thing that i figured out this summer (i've been having to wake up at 8) is if you have an alarm (if you don't, get one) don't look at the time! if you look at the time and realize how early it is, you are gunna go back to sleep. pretend that it is likee 10 or so. that helped me so much. also maybe you should try waking up earlier and taking your shower in the morning.. showers wake you up more.
the whole breakfast thing, i have that problem too. i don't think it really matters how big the breakfast is.. just as long as you have some. i have the same thing as you, those quaker things. BUT my mom found this chocolate milk mix called Carnation Instant Breakfast, it fills you up fast and it has the vitimans and stuff you need for the day. when you are getting ready, doing your make up.. have something small and when you are doing you rmakeup, say you are done with your eyeliner.. take a couple bites, then do eyeshadow. lol come up with a routine and it will be easier.
