i sort of have a weird problem. I always sorta had thick theighs, mainly from being on the swim team and dancing. well last year i bought a whole bunch of hollister jeans and they fit great. Although i acually lost weight this summer i got a job wear a stand and walk alot so my theighs have gotten more muscular. The problem is i no longer fit into my hollister jeans. The waist if fine but its tight in the legs now and it looks bad.
What can i do? i can't stop walking and standing at my job, we aren't aloud to sit or anything and i can't invest in more hollister jeans because they were expensive and i have like 5 pairs that i don't want to lose!
any advice on how to thin out the muscle because my legs are solid!
Some tips on how to do this; do the opposite of the above -- Decrease your consumption of protein (like fish, meat, dairy products), and decrease (but slowly) your exercising.
Rapidly decreasing protein intake and exercise can hurt you severely so I strongly suggest taking one step at a time.
