arms well i have arm flab and its gross and i want to wear shirts that show my arms this year not sweatshirts any ideas and im planning on starting when i get effective workout ideas that work and i would like to have no arm flab by like marchish.?
please help! i dunno what to do.

Try lifting wieghts. They really tone your arms.
Try like 5lbs wieghts. (don't go over because your trying to tone not bulk up.)

I think your suppose to train 3-4 times a week and you will see results in 6 weeks.
