well i have arm flab and its gross and i want to wear shirts that show my arms this year not sweatshirts any ideas and im planning on starting when i get effective workout ideas that work and i would like to have no arm flab by like marchish.?

please help! i dunno what to do.

Try lifting wieghts. They really tone your arms.

Try like 5lbs wieghts. (don't go over because your trying to tone not bulk up.)

or check out www.shape.com, they have awesome exercises for any part of your body.

I think your suppose to train 3-4 times a week and you will see results in 6 weeks.
