MikeCFT answered Saturday August 26 2006, 8:42 pm: 3 and a half weeks when you're working out the correct way and eating at least 4 or 5 times a day? Maybe 5 or 6 lbs, 2 of which is fat
3 and a half weeks of just training with no aim or not working out at all and not eating at least 4 or 5 times a day? 10 or 12 lbs none of which is fat.
orphans answered Saturday August 26 2006, 8:34 pm: There's a chance you'll lose at least 5 pounds. For females, it's a litle harder to lose weight then men. Men have more muscle than women so they lose it a little quicker.
Remember when you lose weight, don't hurt yourself; if you know what I mean.
Good Luck! [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
