how to lose weight effectively

Hi,i'm 13 female and i weight around 168 ibs...Yes i know i'm really fat but i want to lose some weight before i reach 16,so can anyone give me some advice how to lose weight effectively since i am doing all sorts of exercise and none of them show results...So any advice?

this question is for parents on AdCens...
i am in my mid 20s/f.... i've been through hell with my family...
i've witnessed things happen to people my parents and siblings over short and long periods of time: injustice, wrongful incarceration, rape, violence, threats, mental breakdowns (anorexia, bipolar, ADD, depression, suicidal bouts...etc) I've witnessed lying, hate, love, breakups and makeups, humiliation, hostility, prosperity and bankruptcy, deaths and births.... i moved countries so many times i don't know what home is...
if i were superstitious i would have believed that my family is cursed.... but i am not... it's just the nature of my parents jobs and the "high maintenance" backgrounds they ...

I've been in love with my ex who is just my friend. He loves his ex who just wants to be his friend. I'm friends with the girl. I find out if she likes him & she says she doesn't know, he gets mad at her for leading him on for so long. She decides that they should hangout a lot so that she can tell if she likes him or not.
I really just want him to go through the same thing i am.

Are the Mel Gibson Recordings Real or Fake?

I heard the phone recordings by Oksana Grigorieva about Mel Gibson yelling and being mean. I think there's like 5 or 6 revealing tapes now. Well, I'm wondering if anybody knows if they've been altered or doctored up? I haven't gotten to read anything about that but I'm sure it's been questioned lately since they're new on the Radar site pretty much.
Does anyone know?
And, by "know" I mean have you heard anything about it from TV, News, or internet article?
Kind of curious since I really like Mel Gibson as an actor and would hate for this stuff to ruin his career if it isn't for real...

Okay, I am a girl and 14, so I dated this guy for about 4 months and everything was amazing the first two months. But then he started to really annoy me no matter what the last two months and I was never intown to hang out with him or anything. I was always told that he was cheating on me with other girls while I was away, but i just didn't think he was like that. Staying with my HS boyfriend when I go to college

I will be a college freshman this fall and am planning on staying with my high school boyfriend. I love him so much and we are very serious but lately I have been feeling a lot of anxiety about the situation. I'm scared if what will happen to us. I don't know if I can handle the long distance relationship. I'm going to miss him so much and I don't want to miss out on having a great time in college. The thing about us that is different from most college freshman in relationships is that he isn't going to college. Well its a long story..me and my relationship with my boyfriend. To me its like a romeo and juliet type of thing. His grandmother doesn't understand my boy friend, at all she doesnt want him to date me. She thinks im trashy? What are some NON-HORMONAL methods of birth control that can be used along with male latex condoms?
I'm on a hormonal birth control now, which I'm not liking too much (been on a few different pills over the past three years). I need something that's still has a pretty good efficacy rate in case something goes wrong with the condom.

Is 19 too young to be having sex? Just a note I think premarital sex is perfectly okay as long as you're responsible.
The reason I am asking this is because I want to get my Gardisil shot, and my mom would know about it, and she believes that the only people that get it are those who are sexually active or will be in the near future.

I am in summers school. I'm not in summer school for failing or being dumb or nothing like that. So I'm new to a town and theres absolutely nothing to do at my house. I can only watch tv, or go on the computer. I don't have any tv/computer games.. I don't have a pool, I don't have any crafts.. my computer doesn't have webcam, and I don't have any other cool things to be able to entertain someone else.
So in my life I've rarely ever invited people to my house cause I have no idea what to do! I feel awkward at the idea of being a host.. but I have great time at other people's houses. How can I learn to be better at just hanging out with people? seriously, I can't stand him.
he has NO personality, you try to joke with him he takes it seriously & gets mad.
he doesn't get along with my sister & he's completely ruined the relationship between my mom & my sister.
his wife died in 2005, his wife & my mom were best friends before she died. now he's dating my mom, I lost all respect for him after that.
He smokes in the house ALL the time, he knows I don't like it, my mom tried talking to him about it, to try and take it outside but all he said was "I was smoking in the house before she moved in, so she'll just have to learn to get used to it."
