Can they keep my brother from attending school?

My brother whonis now going into 7th grade used
to go to catholic school, it got too expensive and we can't afford it so we took him out and placed him in public. The catholic school won't release his academic records and we can't afford the catholic school we owe them 1000s of dollars. So can they keep him from attending school??!

Kay so... I have this close guy friend and I REALLLLYY like him.. And I never told him because I was scared to lose our good friendship. But now he is dating my bestfriend only cuz she felt "him and I were too close of friends that it wouldnt matter" -.- But I can't shake my feeling for him and I honestly can't hang out with them anymore cuz watching them kiss kills me. :( Should I talk to my bestfriend or him about it? Or just let them be happy... :\

Alright, well I am a seventeen year old female. I recently relocated back to my home town. The guy I had been crushing on from elementary school all the way up to 8th grade when we moved finally admitted to me that he liked me to when we came back. I've only been here about three weeks. When he found out I was here we hunng out a lot and he broke up with his girlfriend. He would call me just about everyday. Well last weekend we ended up sleeping together, kinda fast I know. Anyway after that he called me the next day and I wasn't home so that night I went over to his house and there were a few people there, I'm not sure who they were but I only stayed about 15 minutes. Kardashian Glamour Tan

Has anyone ever tried the Kardashian's Glamour Tan? If you have, how long does it take to tan your stomach/breasts, etc? My arms/legs are pretty tan, but I want to tan up the other areas because I don't wear bikinis. Thanks guys!

Ok my boyfriend has a facebook and this girl brittni his cousin gets on it somtimes and i heard he has been asking a whole bunch of girls out over it but he says he isnt asking anyone out and brittni says she hasnt been on his facebook but i dont believe her but i dont know if i can believe him either. i have a pair of jeans, and they're soo plain. i want to wear them out, like make holes in them, fade them, and make them softer. but how do i do that, and make it look like i just bought them out of the store? the jeans im trying to fade look like this..

Well see I had a crush on this girl for awile and we got no where with that! So my bestfriends from school were always there through my heart break with her. My crush and I are still friends or whatever, nd I have no problem being around her. But now my crush want to come to my school this year and my besties don't want her to. They don't like each other very much... and I know I'm goin to be caught choosing if she comes here. My besties didn't even give her a chance. They're trying to protect me and keep me away from her basically. Please help!

The Blame Game?

After 12 years, I finally want to tell my doctor that I'm depressed and that I REALLY need some help.
BUT, I don't want to play the blame game here, But here are I few things that ran across my mind:
SHouldn't he have had a BIT of a hint? I mean, I see him like 6 times a year! But maybe that's not enough? Maybe it's MY responsibility to let him know. But is it my fault that I can't because he makes me wait in the sitting room for 2 hours (and I'm angry by that time) and then when I'm in there he tries to let me out in 1 minute and doens't ask me anything?
What do you think? And I live in Canada so I don't think I can "go see a different doctor" because there's some very complicated stuff going ...

Hi, this might take a while to explain. I have this problem where my emotions go crazy. For example this one girl i really like we hang out and right when she leaves i feel the world is ending i get upset wanan cry get all flippy/upset and dont know what to do.I feel like my emotions are to stong. Its the same way when i get really happy i act like someone buzzing on drugs or something. I dont know what to do. This ruined my last relationship i get mad and upset when the person does something without me because i miss them and stuff. Getting my second tattoo

Hi, not sure if this is the right category but im looking to get my second tattoo. First is a swallow. Now, I want to get writing on my side. I was thinking something like "a broken nest can still create beautiful wings." Or "A broken nest created beautiful wings." I just want it to mean that a broken home, or past, does not need to dictate your future. I want it to show that I made it through the broken times and am happy with who I am now and can fly :). Does anyone have any ideas about how to make this quote better in any way, or any other sayings that would mean the same thing?

body malfunctions..

for the past 3 weeks i went on a bit of a starvation diet.
i havr 700 TOPS calories a day, usualy from the 400-600 range, on bad days 700.
i got my period 4 times in one month and iALWAYS have to make number 2.
i feel like anything i eat just come out.
i dont eat enought to be making so much but i do!
is everything ok with me? is htis normal?
do you think me getting my period 4 times (maybe 3) in one month relates to this? i have 2 anorexic friends that DONT get their period bc they dont eat...
