Me and my boyfriend have along distance relationship, he lives in a different country. I have cheated on him twice and told him the next day and I am trying to change and I know I can. But how do i prove that to him when we can't even be around each other and hang out.

My boyfriend and I(both 18) met about 4 months ago and we hit it off right away. From the very first night we met we both knew we were right for each other and our relationship and friendship is very strong. We lived one hour away from each other and only got to see each other about every weekend. After two months of dating he left back to Brasil(He is Brasilian). He has been gone now for a month and a half and we have had our fair share of arguments and happy times. I plan on going there in December and will stay for 6 months then he is coming back to the US with me to go to college. I was just wondering what we can do to stop the fights and to build our relationship stronger while we are apart and how to make it through these next 4 months without each other.

Hi, I'm 19/F.
So, here's some background info that you may need to answer my question...
I lost my virginity in January 2010. When I was having sex with the guy, it burned (because of the stretching and everything and I was really tight because I have only worn a tampon ONCE. EVER. Because as soon as I got on birth control 3-4 years ago I have super light periods if I have them at all...I'm on the Depo Shot).

I'm 15/f and i've been masturbating for soo long now(nothing like fingering, just rubbing). For maybe a couple months ago my vagina started itching and whenever i got my period, the itching would stop. I'm going to stop masturbating. I'm afraid of death

And I wasn't always afraid. I was as a child, and then I managed to accept it and find comfort spiritually.
But I've been going through a rough patch in my life, and suddenly, I find all my faith in regards to death to be a bit shaken, and also just afraid. I mean, I still have faith in a lot of things, I don't want a big spiritual discussion. It's just... I'm afraid of how sudden I could die, without knowing why or saying my farewells to my loved ones, and what happens afterwards, and if anything I've done matters when I die. And even if it's not my death, I'm afraid of the day when I lose the people I care about, especially the ones who help support me in my times of emotional need.

How do I tell my daughter about periods?

My daughter is 9 years old and just came to me about having her first period. We have never had "the talk" about periods or sex and I'm not really sure how to explain this to her, especially since she's my only child. I didn't expect to have to deal with this with her being so young still. I helped her clean up and quickly ran over how to put on a menstrual pad but I am clueless as to what I should tell her about what periods are. Obviously she's curious why this is happening all of a sudden. What should I say to her? How do I explain periods to my daughter? I told her that we would talk about this tomorrow but I have absolutely no idea what I should say. Thank you.
