My boyfriend and I(both 18) met about 4 months ago and we hit it off right away. From the very first night we met we both knew we were right for each other and our relationship and friendship is very strong. We lived one hour away from each other and only got to see each other about every weekend. After two months of dating he left back to Brasil(He is Brasilian). He has been gone now for a month and a half and we have had our fair share of arguments and happy times. I plan on going there in December and will stay for 6 months then he is coming back to the US with me to go to college. I was just wondering what we can do to stop the fights and to build our relationship stronger while we are apart and how to make it through these next 4 months without each other.
Now that you are having a long distance relatioship there are many things you can do to get you through the months. I know cause iv been doing a long distance relationship for almost 7 months now. Well i think you should invest in some webcams and get msn or skype. Talk everyday, set a time everyday that suits both of you and talk on there. it really helps, seeing and hearing the other person, talk about your day and how you missed eachother and about anything really. In LDR's its always good to say your feelings to eachother because since your far away its hard to show it to the other person by affection and such. send little love notes to eachother, either in the mail or on fb or msn or email.
when you are talking 2 eachother, send little notes so when they come bk they can read it and see how you really care for them. and if you really wanted to , you could have some "fun" with the cams if you get where im going with that lol. It will bring you closer as well as showing your love for one another.
You can also do sleepovers, with the cams, put them on and sleep while you can both watch eachother an talk all night. You can do date night, both rent a movie and watch it at the sametime on cams, get dressed up and have a very formal date and eat dinner like you are really there.
Hope this helped, and good luck! if you have anymore questions, id b glad to help ya out there!
