Brown coverup for 10 dollars or less. 16 at most.
Hi! I have been around the mall twice, and through rue 21 and i have no seemed to find a small brown coverup for all my spaghetti strapped tops! *i cant wear them at school like that* if anyone knows any stores or anything online, i'd appreciate that. a lot. what i mean by cover up is.
its like a very short top. it's open so it shows the blouse well. thank u !

the stuff at the top are all reAlly cheap stores, well in my
opinion all the way up to american eagle is pretty cheap. But the value of a dollar differs from person to person. You can try wal mart or a place like that, they might have it, but if course not as good quality.
I think you should look in hollister or somewhere who sells similar bland colors. Brown is a fall color and I'm sure plenty of stores will end up carrying it. Summer is just ending, so not all stores have all there fall line just yet. Old navy probably will have It they sell more bland plan colors.
