I have been with my girl for a little over a year and i'm starting to get bored with doing the same things all the time. Don't get me wrong, i'm not bored with her by anymeans but we do the same things every time we see each other. Usually i get to her house and it's all lovey kissey for about a half hour and then we either listen to music(which i hate doing but she don't know that) play guitar hero(which i enjoy) or watch a movie. It's been like this forever and i would like to "spice" things up, but i don't know what to do. plz help.

How to get over him?

Me and my boyfriend ended our relationship 3 weeks ago (he made the decision) but it was down to me that the decision was made. It's quite hard to explain, but we broke up over an argument that we'd had a week before (we'd argued over it all week) He said it made him feel unwanted and like I didn't want to be with him as I suggested a "BREAK"

neck/back pain

ok i know nobody here is a doctor but maybe someone has dealt with this before. for a week or two now i've had pain in the upper part of my spine that goes from around my lungs/heart up through my neck. at first i thought maybe i had slept on it wrong but it doesn't seem to be getting better. when i lay down with my head propped up it's uncomfortable and i can feel pain in that area. also when i lean my head back like looking at the ceiling, or tilt my head to either side i get a sharp pain in my upper spine. i asked my ex boyfriend about it as he's in EMT school and he said it could be nerve damage, or a muscle sprain/spasm. i dont have health insurance so my choices of going to the doctor are limited, i can really only visit the clinic a...

My boyfriend and i had sex and we used a condom. afterward, he took off the condom, put on hand sanitzer, used a hand sanitizer wipe, and fingered me like five minutes later. i'm freaking out about the possibility of pregnancy because i feel like he could have touched sperm when he took off the condom, and apparently hand sanitizer doesn't kill sperm. but, i also thought that if his hands were completely dry before he fingered me, which they were, it would be okay because sperm is killed when it dries. also, he used a hand sanitizer wipe, so that could have at least wiped the sperm off of his hands. so, am i okay, or should i go buy the morning after pill?...

Can morning after pill damage female organs?

Okay so I had to take the morning after pill in July because my boyfriend and I were stupid and didn't use a condom. We made a mistake and learned from it, so pls no lectures. The pill worked for me. But I had to take it again in September because the condom broke (at least we were being safe) well my period is over a week late but a pregnancy test said negative. Is it possible that the pill damaged me in some way so I'm not going to have periods or something? After I took the pill a few days later I started to bleed like a period for about a week. Birth control pills isn't effective the first day you take them?

I wanted to be put on birth control pills and I went to my doctor like suggested. He gave me the pills and explained about them but said I needed to be on them for at least 1 full month before they became completely effective and I don't end up pregnant. When I asked here before somebody said they are effective immediately. I told my doctor that somebody said they were effective immediately and slightly laughed and was like I hate how teens get these stupid rumors and something like that's how so many girls wind up pregnant. Who is right? My doctor or you guys?

Finding it hard to make friends

I started university a couple of weeks ago and I'm finding it really hard to settle in. I live in university accomodation with loads of other people and I just expected to make friends straight away as I've never had a problem doing so before. I have made a couple but I'm finding it really hard making more. I've tried to talk to the people on my course more but I still feel left out and I don't feel like anyone likes me or wants to get to know me. I'm really far away from home and it's tough knowing I don't have anyone who really cares about me close by.
