How to curl your tongue
I went to this thing during the summer that was talking about the ability to curl your tongue and that not everybody has that ability. I was wondering if you could teach yourself to curl your tongue, and, if so, how a person could practice that and learn how to do it? Thank YOU

You can't. It's a genetic thing, if you don't have the gene you can't roll your tongue.
