People Treat Me Differently Online vs Offline?

20 year old female. Second year in college.
I have problems making friends in person. It's so simple online when you say whatever, and people "add" you for liking the way you think, or liking your sense of humor. I feel like I act the same way offline as I do online, except I'm a little more shy in person [even tho' somtimes I can be pretty quiet online as well].
SO I pretty much act the same way both on and offline... why do people act differently towards me? For example... I can be getting along well with someone from a class, then the next time I see them they act as if they don't know me. Why would they do that? VS online, when greeted with enthusiasm.

Alcohol Problem

Hi everyone, I am a college freshman and i think i see a problem starting to form in my life.
I have recently started drinking a lot while in college, often blacking out and not remembering the night i had. I sometimes drink just to feel drunk and carefree. I spend most of my money on alcohol and I usually go through about a fifth of alcohol on any givin night. My friends are starting to become concerned and they tell me that i am not the same person drunk as i am sober. They also tell me that when i start drinking i will not stop until someone physically takes the alcohol away from me. I don't know what to do and i'm afraid that I might have a problem.

My bestfriend and i use to well you can say go out sometimes and we had a thing going on, but then we both becames really really close friends and we left the past in the past. its been a year since we last went out and we are still very close him and i. But it kinda confuses me because everytime i bring up a guy he acts like he is jealus idk if he is just playing but everyone tell us we are going to end up together..i use to think that too.now am just over it.. but i really have a thing for him too.

Im 18 yrs old and i started smoking wen i was about 14 yrs old from my cousin peer pressuring me and i wanted to be jus like her because i stood up to her. i liked smoking because everyone else was doing it. but now i hate it! i want to quit so badly! i dont feel like myself , i feel like i get weaker and weaker each day, i get really bad headaches, and out of no where i feel like im going to pass out and i lose my breath and i feel like i cant breathe. if any one has ever had this experience and has had these feelings like i have and they have quit smoking can yuu please take some time out and help me with some advice you have? i would really appreciate it. thank you

F-17: This guy and I were together for 2 years and we were completely in love. We barely did anything though; we didn't need it. We split up when we went to different schools and it was a terrible break up and we weren't even friends. Now we've been apart for a little over a year now but naturally, I still have feelings for him. He says he does for me too, I know it's true. But during the year we've been apart, he was dating another girl and he had sex with her. I always thought he would be the guy I'd have sex with. Now we're finally friends again and he wants to and I know I do it's just weirding me out that it's my first time and not his; just because that's how i imagined it would be. Help!

I really need to lose weight? For a play.

My school will be doing a play, and there are lots of parts where the guys opposite the females have to lift them. Just a quick princess-lift in a dance or something, but I weigh 239 pounds. I'm 5'8 and a half, a teenage girl. Yes, extremely heavy I know.
Either way, I really really really need to drop a lot of weight, otherwise it might be impossible to get the part. I'm already trying to lose weight just for health reasons (yay for having dropped 5 pounds already!), and I have until about March, but any tips to kick things into (healthy) high gear? Like, will replacing my usual beverages with water help cut calories?

My ex and I dated for a year. He broke up with me last May (7 months ago) we didn't really talk much after that. Of course i was devastated and cried myself to sleep a lot and was always in a bad mood. But then I found another guy and we are currently dating. We are dating now for about 3 months. My ex and I have gotten in touch again and I find myself thinking about the memories we had a lot. I also cry about them too because I miss them. I miss the memories. But I'm not sure if I miss him. I think I might. I know it's not fair to be thinking about my ex while dating my boyfriend... But can some people give me their opinions on what they think- if I'm still in love with my ex or not? Okay so I have had two incidents were I wanted God to make me be sure he was there. Once when I was about 9 and once just now. The first time I asked God, I asked if He would make the phone ring at a certain time. It rang a few seconds after the clock changed. Then I asked for me to get a text mesage or a call at 7:07 and I was still praying at 7:07 then I stoped praying and it was 7:08 and as soon as it turned to 7:08 I got a text. I thought it may have been a cowincidence so I Asked at 7:19 for me to get a sigh. This time my phone rang at 7:20 and I am wondering if God is doing this like tring to make me do something or think something. Please help an give opinions on what you think It is? Do you agree It is in fact God?.

Well I love the sport basketball but I gave up because conditioning killed me and my ankle hurt every time I went to basketball so I gave up now it's softball signups and I'm not sure if i Want to signup because ever since bball conditioning I feel sick to my stomach like I get scared that I can't do it and I eventually give up I like softball but I hasn't played in 2 years and my hfhschool team is suppose to be really good so that means intense conditioning:( I'm just scared to signup because I'm afraid I'm going to want to quit and my parents said if I signup I can't quit this time what now?
